  • some more of my day.....

    L 2oz ham 1/4
    bread 1/5
    lite mayo 1/6
    salad w/dressing 1/7
    a few cheeos 2/9
    WW ice cream bar 2/11

The weight watchers cookies n cream bars are so yummy! Only two points and a great change from the skinny cow sandwiches.
  • And for the rest of my day

after the initial 10 points - I had crackers (1) and prunes (1)

Then for dinner, tofu stir fry - which I planned to reserve 1/2 for tommorrow and forgot to do that -- ending up eating most of it.

So tofu (6), veggie (0), oil (1), cottage cheese (4) and feta (1)

    24 point day
  • I am taking a large package of oat bran cereal to mexico with me to stave off a week of my dad cooking chirizo and eggs. We are cooking most of our meals ourselves. Barring the temptation of drinking for an entire week and really blowing it (I guess that is not an option since I have kids now - but it is nice to imagine margaritas and dancing) I should do pretty well since we are doing our own cooking. My dad told me to pack sharp knives in my carry on because the ones in the condo suck and won't slice a tomato. But I thought why not buy a knife down there rather than getting hasseled at check in.
  • So today I've had:

    skim milk latte - 2
    Cream of Wheat - 2

    FF hot dog - 1
    no flour bread (1 slice) - 1
1 pc no flour raisin toast - 1
    1/2 of a cocoa via - 1

    1 cup grapes - 1
    choc. rice cake - 1

    Tilapia fish - 4
    Salad w/ FF dressing - 1
WW ice cream cone - 2
    1 salmon oil tablet - 1

18 out of 20 pts. Tomorrow is weigh-in and I generally wouldn't have had a weight watcher's ice cream cone the night before weigh-in, but I really wanted one. Like I said earlier today, I don't think this weigh-in is going to be good. I feel so "full" this week. That sounds weird, doesn't it?

Anyway, have a good night, everyone! Have a great trip Morrigan!!
  • Breakfast: oatbran cereal with blueberries (mine and Wil's) (6), creamer (2)
Lunch: leftover tofu stir fry (3)
    Snack: SBD bar (2)

13 points so far today. Dinner should be easy if I just do veggies over salad and stay out of the sour cream, guacamole and brownies (dessert)

Dinner: Having some friends over (housesitters) and making veggie fajitas
  • Well my good weeks finally caught up to me, I had WI today and was down 4 1/2 lbs!!! So a total of 13.50lbs....I immed. went to Curves to see how I was doing there, they measured me and I'm down 17lbs, 22.25 inches and 10.48lbs body fat...Yay!!!! Finally made Elite, never even was Elite when I worked at Curves as a Fitness Tech. Def. made my day. I feel the goal is getting more attainable, I wanted to be 199 by July 4th and with alittle harder persaverence, I might make it. My VS bag of goodies is waiting to be worn! lol.

    Today so far:
    No breakfast cuz of WW
L: Salad w/chicken, bacon, bbq as dressing 7pts
  • I wieghed in last night. I was down .8lbs. Yippee!!! Good for me. Not too bad after a week and a half in Mexico!

    Today.....

    B Oatmeal 3pts
  • Weighed in this morning. Down 2.2! Yay! I'm almost at the goal weight WW set for me - 132. That's NOT where I intend to stay, but the sooner I get there, the sooner (hopefully, if I can maintain) I won't have to pay any more. Yippee!

Haven't eaten anything yet because of weigh-in. My husband is going in to work late this morning and we're going out to breakfast to celebrate! If and when I delve into my flex points I always try to do it on weigh-in day or the day after, so that I can get my body back on track by next weigh-in. I'll let you know how far I go over point later today - LOL!
  • Alright - we went out to breakfast and I had:

3/4 of a egg beater veggie omlette w/ minimal chedder cheese
1/2 pc WW toast (no butter) w/ a scraping of all-fruit spread
3 or 4 bites of potatos

I haven't a clue what all of that came to, point wise. Any ideas?

  • I am so impressed with how well everyone is doing. I think we should have a group hug. OK - do that mentally now.

andrea - here and working at it
snowgal - almost to goal after (if I recall correctly) several weeks of small losses and getting frustrated. BTW - I am putting your breakfast at 6-9 pts
Amy - you lost weight while on vacation in MX. I only hope to do as well next week.
AJmommy - blasting your way to onederland - that is great!

I am supposed to be cleaning - while grandparents watch children, but I just logged on for a sec. Dinner for company tonight. Just got back from seeing an old friend who is in town for just a day, and went to spanish lessons sans children today and talked to Vicki (my spanish tutor) for an hour about our lives (in spanish). She got married at 14, had three kids and was divorced by 19. Now married for 12 years to a different (way nice) guy and has 5 kids and one more on the way. I am really enjoying learning spanish conversationally. It is way different than studying it in school, but I have a good enough base from 4 years in high school that it is going pretty well.

    - gotta clean - adios
  • I had 13 points - looking at lots saved for dinner, then WHAM... dumb move city.

First I poured a glass of wine while cleaning (2), then another (2), then crackers (1), then crackers and cottage cheese (2), then a few bites of leftovers (2).. and BOOM I am at 22 points and have not had a dinner party yet.
  • Oh Morrigan! I hate it when that happens!! Just do your best tonight.

I still haven't eaten anything since my big breakfast. I'm really full! Funny, I could have eaten all of that before and still wanted lunch and snacks and a regular dinner. For dinner I think I will just have a salad with maybe a few thin sliced pieces of steak on it. I gave my breakfast 11 points (I would have given in 9, Morrigan, except there was quite a bit of avocado in the omlette and that is SO high in points-ugh. Thanks for your help, though! It helped me to know that I was estimating pretty close), so that leaves me with 9 for dinner. Not bad, really!
  • Yeah - I had quite a bit of avacado as well.. and wine... and fajitas... and even 2 brownies. So pretty much blew the extra points up last night.

    Wine (4), beans and rice (4), tortillas (5), brownies (8), avacados (4)

    47 point day
  • Hey guys. Not feeling very chatty since I've been back from vacation. Have not spent much time around the house either though. After my oatmeal yesterday, I had........

    red vines 3/6

    McDonalds salad 6/12

    iced mocha 3/15

Dinner was a large chunk of salmon grilled with 1/2 a baked potato with butter and sour cream.

I came home from dinner and had a ww ice cream 2. Don't know how much dinner was, but I think I used a few flex points.

Our dinner was to celebrate by grandmother's 90th birthday. She is in an assisted living home. Her health is pretty good though. I expect she will be around for quite some time.

My daughter's dance recital was Thursday before I left for Mexico. There was a guy performing who was pretty good. Turns out he is on that show..So you think you can dance. His name is Ben Susuk. It is on tonight. Give it a look.

I am going to run for now. I have been going through a pile of papers and mail on the desk. Most was garbage, now I am just trying to find a home for the rest of it.

    Have a good day!!
