Breakfast: latte (2), coffee with creamer (1), strawberries (1)
Lunch: Tofu stir fry (4)

Party at the lake cabin tonight. No internet for a day or so (or even cell coverage and tv) -- well I don't have a tv at home anyway so it isn't that big of a deal.

I have been lurking on this board and have finally joined. I am on WWOnline and have lost 11 pounds in a month and a week. (Yay me!) If you will have me, I would love to join you guys. This sounds like a great idea. Any feedback and advice you can give me would be much appreciated! Tomorrow I am celebrating a graduation at a Puerto Rican rest. Help! What can I eat?

Hi Jinx ~ welcome! No idea about Puerto Rican food... sorry.

I've had a bad week. Went out twice this week with DH / friends, and made poor choices both times. Gained a bit, as a result, but am back on track... more or less. Have been tracking, except for tonight at mom's house for dinner and then had 3 bite size chocolate candies at the scrapbook deal.

Will do better tomorrow.

Hey Shawn! Sorry to hear that you have gained a little, hey we are all human and it is very tempting to join in the crowd when you go out to eat or to a function. I've been trying to keep myself on track too. I wanted Icecream lastnight and DH told me NO!!!! I was pissed at first but I am glad this morning. Gotta go to the grocery store today and get some more things that are healthy. I still don't have a points book yet so I'm not sure if I am eating right or not. But I am glad you ladies are posting your daily meals, it makes it a little easier for me to plan my meals "GREAT IDEA" putting this thread here!

Lately, I've been doing ok with my points, but I don't feel like I am eating well, KWIM? I seem to be eating a lot more bars and things and a lot less fruits and veggies. I'm going to have to do something about that. It's just been hard with all of the end-of-school running around I've had to do the last two weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to do better now that it's officially summer vacation here. We'll see.

Default Home again!

Hello all. I see there are several nebwies to us. Welcome! Sounds like there has been a lot going on since I have been gone. I did not journal at all. I took my WW bag with books and all in it. Did not even open it! I am glad. I did just fine. I snacked on what ever I wanted. I did not over-do anything. I had drinks daily. We do a cocktail hour at 5pm while in Mexico. We have appetizers and drinks. Then, we eat dinner at 6:30. I really did not over eat at all. I never got that sick over full feeling I used to get after every single meal. I stepped on the scale when we got home this afternoon. It shows me at 186. When I left, my first morning step on the scale showed 184. So, my guess is that I maintained or maybe even lost. I will be able to tell more tomorrow am. And for sure on Tuesday night at weigh in.

Had a great time. Weather was beautiful. Kids played all day and into the evening on the beach. They as well as myself had more freedom this year. I guess that is one nice thing about them getting older.

Well, I am pooped. I am going to shower and figure out what we are doing for dinner. I will stop by tomorrow. It was nice reading the last three pages and getting back in touch with everyone.
