Breakfast: Johnsonville Brat and 1/4 canteloupe, 8 pts.

Midday, 1/2 medium avocado, 2 servings imitation crab meat, 2 C. mixed salad greens, 7.5 pts.

Evening, 3 oz beef patty (80% lean/20% fat), 2 C. 5 Can Soup, 9.5 pts.

Snack, 1 cup 2% reduced fat milk, Gnu fiber bar, 5 pts.

Total Food POINTS values used 30 out of 30

So I've had all my fruits/vegies for the day but only one milk. I *may* have a 2-pt. WW ice cream bar in a couple hours -- right now I'd like to have it but I'm not sure if I want to use any of my Flex points in order to have it. I still have a big glass of water left to drink so I may just be thirsty. If I do use a couple Flex points for the ice cream that's okay since I haven't used any all last week and I was satisfied with my weigh-in today (2.2 lbs. GONE!)

I made my airline reservations for an upcoming trip to CA to see my sons and granddaughter. I'm already starting to plan how I'm going to handle my eating choices -- my last trip I indulged pretty freely and never really got back on plan after my return home until now. I've been looking at hotels online with a big deciding factor being whether or not they have a microwave and a mini fridge in the room ...

Thank goodness that's over with! Everyone has gone home now and I'm just finishing the cleaning up. I did alright. Had:

4 scallops - 1pt
1/2 a chicken breast - 3pts
salad w/ FF Ranch dressing - 1pt
2 shrimp - 0.5pt
1 pc Lime chiffon pie - 3pts

That's 8.5 points for the barbecue! I'm so proud of myself! In addition to that I've had 12oz skim milk latte - 2pts
Chocolate rice cake - 1pt.

I have 8.5 points left out of 20 points and I'm pretty full right now, so I don't htink I'll be eating much more. Maybe a salad with a few scallops on it later for dinner. I need 3 more fruit/veggies, 1 more milk and both of my oils still. We'll see how it all plays out.

It really was better having the barbecue here! Much easier to control the food and what goes into it.

Well, I'm under plan today, but was over yesterday, so I guess it evens out...

B: 1/4 cup manderin oranges, 1 cinn roll (not reduced fat), coffee w/ dry creamer & splenda = 6 pts
Snack: banana, diet mtn dew = 2 pts
L: green beans, new potatoes, watermelon = 5 pts
Snack: popcorn, diet green tea = 3 pts
D: Healthy choice sausage on a bun with mustard, WW cookies & cream ice cream bar = 8 pts

Total = 24 points (goal = 26-31)

Phew! I am glad it is all over too. I finished off the weekend with quite a bang. For dinner we decided to go get an on sale steak and grill it. I put Montreal seasoning on it. All four of us ate off of one steak. Kids did not eat much though. Sides were a salad with 1pt dressing of course. We also had a potato veggie mix I bought frozen from Green Giant. It was good. I did not even look at the nutrition info. I also bought baguette bread and had some balsamic dipping oil. DH and I also polished off 3/4 of a bottle of wine. We ate dinner in the back yard. It is so nice to do that some times. So, tomorrow is weigh in. I hope to maintain. I leave Friday afternoon for the nine day Mexico trip. I will be busy with end of school stuff and getting ready for the trip this week. I hope to post in the evening at a minimum. Then, I won't be able to at all while in Mexico. I will keep a paper journal then. I feel pretty fluffy tonight. That is normally a good indication that I gained. I did not put this weight on in two months, nor will it fall of in two months. Good night all. Talk with you tomorrow. Good job those of you who did well this holiday weekend!!

It sounds like you did pretty well today, Buffalo! Good for you!

I won't be weighing in with you tomorrow. My Tuesday meeting has been cancelled, so I'm going to try the Wednesday, 10am meeting. I hope it's good!

Good luck tomorrow!

I know that this is contrary to what WW recommends, but I am going to take the 36 points yesterday, only have 12 today, and get myself back on track for the week. My average for the two days will be 24 and it will get my brain back in line for a 24 point average.

I did lose this week (1.2), but I still feel rotton about how much I ate.

today - I had a latte for lunch (2), that is it so far.

Morrigan, I don't know how you can lose when you eat over point! You are SO LUCKY! It seems like if I even *think* about going over point I gain a pound. I'm glad you still had a loss!

It felt weird not having my weigh-in today. I really wish they hadn't cancelled the Tuesday morning meeting. I'm going tomorrow at 10am, but it feels like everything is all out of whack.

So far today I've had:
1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios - 2pts
1/2 cup 2% milk - 2pts

I've taken tilapia fish out to thaw for dinner. We'll have that with asparagus and salad. Don't know what I'm going to do for lunch yet. Probaby a salad with some of the grilled shrip left over from yesterday.

Hello all. Having a menstral binge day. So far this is what I have ingested......3 slices of cinnamon bread from the grocery bakery, 1/2 of a grahm cracker, some granola. No real meal. Just snack snack snack. I weigh in at 6:30.

It has to do with still being more than 40 lbs over the high end of the goal range. It is not so easy when you get close to goal like you are. Once I am down to about 145 lbs it is really really tough for me to lose weight.

This is why at WW meetings those off us in the over 200 crowd lose 4-6 lbs in the first week, while the ladies that only have 10 lbs to lose struggle with 1/2 to 1 lb at a time.

I am pretty sure my bad week is due to PMS as well. I am about 4 days late (not prego), so I should slack off in hunger in the next day or so.

Well....scale at work showed a 2lb gain for the weekend, which frustrates me because I really tried to stay on program. I did wander on Sunday, but I wouldn't expect 2lbs!
Back on track today, WI at WW is tomorrow so we'll see if I bite the bullet and weigh in, or use my non-weigh in pas...decisions, decisions!
B: yogurt 1pt
L: salad & pita bread 12pts
S: granola bar 2pts
D: slim fast/banana/oil and toast 9pts
Sucking on a tootsie pop as I type this 1pt
25 out of 26
*Fingers crossed for tomorrow*

Latte (3)
Salad with hummus (2)
wine(2)
chili (5)

12 points and 5:23 pm - hope to call it a day

And I have to say, snowgal, I have always been in awe of how you can stick to 20 points day in and day out. That is terrific!

I absolutely, totally, completely HATE the 20pts thing!!! I lost so much more weight when I got 22 points per day! Sometimes I think I should have just stayed with 22 anyway.

I'm so proud of you, Morrigan, for getting through the day and only using 12 points! 20 points is hard for me. 12 points would be insane!! I hope you don't end up feeling starved in the morning. That happens to me, sometimes, when I don't meet my 20pts. You are doing really well!

Here's what I've had since breakfast:
Salad w/ FF Ranch - 1pt
5 leftover shrimp from yesterday - 1pt
choc. rice cake - 1pt
Banana - 2pts

snack: Mint Cookie Pria Bar - 2pts

That leaves me with 9 points for dinner and maybe a snack. I'm having a pretty low points dinner tonight (fish, asparagus and salad) so I should be good for weigh-in tomorrow (I hope).

Had a high point today! I went to Costco and they had Gloria Vanderbilt stretch capri's. I bought myself a size 10 (you can't try on first at our Costco) and tried them on when I got home. They are TOO BIG!!! Can you believe it??? I'm sure it's just the brand, or the cut - but whatever - a size 10 was too big! That just made my day! Of course, now I have to go back to Costco and return them, but I'll be smiling all the way.

AJsMommy ~ Maybe it is just water? or the scale at work? I would still weigh in, just to see ~ but I'm a curious cat

Did really good today... they brought lunch in at work (co-workers b-day), and they only gave us the choice of lasagna or eggplant parmesan ~ I chose the lasagna, but only ate 1/2, and made myself eat ALL of my salad, even though it was mostly just iceberg lettuce.

B: low sugar strawberry oatmeal, mini can of lite peaches, 2 coffees w/creamer & splenda = 5 pts
L: mentioned above = 13 pts
Snack: mini can lite mixed fruit, 14 mini caramel rice cakes = 3 pts
Dinner: salad with oil/vinegar dressing = 3 pts

and unfortunately, in front of the computer, I just inhaled strawberries with HALF a tub of FF cool whip!! 6 pts.

Total for the day = 30 points (of 26-31)

Also worked out at the YMCA, so earned some extra points as well.

Back from weigh in and finished up dinner. What a strange day. My daughter has a mysterious fever. That always gets me in a mood. She is getting so big. Had a short program at school for "graduation." She has changed so much in one year. UGH!! I want to cry. Anyway, I lost. Woohoo!! Down 1.2. I am so happy. In fact, I was so happy I celebrated with Mexican food. I had a burro and chips. Tomorrow it's back on! I will start with my oatmeal as usual and work out with my trainer. Talk to you all then.

Amy, they grow up so fast!! My babies are only 20 months, but I keep wanting to just stop time!! Where have my babies gone?? It makes me sad because they just melt my heart, and I know there's all this stuff I'm going to forget as they grow up... How old is your little angel?

And gratz on the loss!! Great job for a holiday weekend!
