I had fat fingers this morning LOL it is 168.2....I can only hope to be 158.2 at some point and was actually there last summer when I was really following Atkins and was very strict but just not sustainable for me. After 8 months I slowly started to eat small amounts of carbs. I am now back at the lower end of carb eating again but still do not see a movement with the scale. This is why I will measure at the end of this month and see if there is any difference. I know it takes a great deal of time to gain muscle and see changes in your physical shape.

Diana, hope mouth is better and you had a good day.

lol, ciecie it gave me a good laugh.

Nancy, sigh I know what you mean...I was really asking myself the other day,can you stick with this WOE for the rest of your life.

I of course have to be honest with myself....and I truly think outside of some OFF days...I can stick with this WOE...of course my kids test me during breakfast...but I have not had any hunger for breakfast for a while.

I got somewhat of a headache at 4pm today but it was from a lot on my mind with my writing...I pushed my dinner from 5:06 to 6:06 but only ate up until 5:30...

1467 calories for today. No cravings. Didn't have coffee so may have been caffeine headache...

Good Morning, Everyone!

Jen My mouth is healing and doing better.

I don't know if I mentioned this up thread. When I had food allergy testing before, they mentioned if they didn't have something, I could bring it in and they could use that to test. I think when I was at the allergist recently they said they didn't have annatto. I ordered some from Walmart and it should be here today. If I take it in and they can't use it, for some reason, I can return it to the store. I just want to have all the basis covered.

Last night: Full Body Standing Stretch
This Morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1315 +
Weigh In: 190.4
Down: .4

Have a Blessed day!

2 Timothy 4:7
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.

Bonnie took a good look in the mirror. Amazing. She never thought she'd look this good again in her life. All the pain and torture and sacrifice was well worth it. She still couldn't believe it. She had dreamed of the day she would feel really good about her dieting, and that day had arrived. What a great feeling! If we will persevere, the day of triumph will indeed come. Like Paul, we need to fight the good fight, keep the faith, and complete the course. God promises to reward those who remain steadfast. Hold on to your dream and God will bless you richly.

Today's thought: I am closer to my goal with each passing day!

Good Morning. 165.0 . Another new low!

Today I am wearing my new size 14 Levi jeans and that feels pretty darned good. I used to be a size 10-12 years ago but that would equal a 0 today hahaha funny how clothing sizes have changed over the years.

Food plan today - 1156 calories
Breakfast - Uncle Sam cereal with yogurt, walnut, chia, and berries and
Lunch and Dinner - (Have training tonight so will make big batch and split) - peppers, onions, celery, squash, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, tofu and "field roast" sausage

Exercise plan today
Walk 12,000 steps
Stretches and bodyweight fitness - completed

Hi guys , I sometimes pop in to read and am always sending good vibes your way.
I wanted to say congrats to you, grannynancy on your new low and 100 pounds down! You've done an extraordinary job, and your meal plan always makes me want some!

Diana, a belated Happy Birthday wish to you! I hope your doctor can help you. I hate that you're suffering.

Good morning to all
W/I 167.2 finally saw that flicker turn into reality. so down 1lb...the roller coaster continues.....
Congrats granny on the milestone for sure! and the new clothes, I am currently in a 10 'curvy' from old navy and then some 10-12 in non curvy, it always depends on the brand. Levi's have not ever fit my shape well.
Today will be more of my usual workout, tonight's focus at the gym, 30-35 min on elliptical with 4 min HIIT bursts, then free weights 3 sets of 10 (upping weights tonight yikes) Lower body 50lb total reg squat, sumo squat, ski squat, dead lift. Upper body 20+24 lbs total weight, bicep curl, bicep cross, triceps and reverse fly.....I am still sore from yesterdays w/o lol
