Hey everybody! I'm going to try to post every day again.

I'm at that point in my summer vacay that I finally start meal planning. I'm mainly just trying to eat lots of veggies every day. I've slid off the wagon with the walking, but plan to make it a priority again tomorrow.

I did a big grocery shopping trip yesterday. Don't you just love it when your fridge is filled with good things to eat and they are healthy too? Such a good feeling.

B: scrambled eggs w/grated cheese, blueberries, banana, coffee w/half and half
L: big green salad w/roasted chicken, tiny tomatoes, nuts, balsamic vinegar and garlic olive oil dressing.
D: homemade tacos - 2 tacos w/ground beef, grated cheese, avocado, La Victoria hot sauce, cilantro, shredded lettuce and a little dab of sour cream
D: cinnamon tea and two pieces watermelon flavor Japanese gummy candy

Diana Happy belated birthday!

Hope everyone has a great day.

Hi Everyone,
I'm still plugging along with moderation, and toying with elimination diet to isolate food intolerance. No nightshades, dairy, or wheat. Just getting off the ground with pilates. Literally & figuratively.
Yesterday
B turkey chili
L tofu roll ups filled with salad, evoo
D concoction of yam noodles and ground turkey; cabbage
S jicama sticks
The weekend is coming yayyyyy!

I seriously need to go back to the gym, sigh.

I'm having a hard time balancing everything, but I sure to do miss the gym

The scale isn't moving, I've been at the same weight for a few weeks and am feeling disheartened. I'm so much closer than I was, only 51 pounds to my goal.

My eating has been sloppier lately as well (stress) and overall just feeling like I have to get it together again!

I hope everyone has a good day.

Today is my Friday- WhooHoo

Hey Everybody, just checking in I was with my supervisor at a training yesterday and back at work now. Didn't walk yesterday or today. Things are picking up more than I would like. I am holding the calories in the road and not going over too badly. I am a little tired though and looking forward to resting this weekend. Jesikabeth, hang in there. Congrats to all for being in the game! Have a great day.

Hi, all!

No changes today. I'm at the same weight, won't be exercising, and will keep to the same calories. I realized I'm 0.2 pounds from being down 10 pounds from my starting weight.

JesikaBeth - Happy Friday! Plateaus are tough, but you got this.

hi all - I've been really sick and not posting. Ended up with a bacterial infection and stayed home from work yesterday - not counting calories or exercising right now. ugh.

hi all
sorry I am such rubbish as posting more often. Tuesday I had the vegan woman over for dinner. Canalloni beans with chopped veggies with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. I didnt love it. But at least it was vegan. I also had french bread sticks to go with it. Sadly, she showed up with my weakness. A big hunk of carrot cake. And she, as a vegan could not eat any of it. As soon as she left I ate it. It was stale ( The health food store sold it that way), but still good. So Wednesday and today I have done my best to stay on plan. around 1,000 calories per day. I just have been too tired to exercise.

I plan to stay on plan Friday. But Saturdays are my day off. So I am not sure what will happen there. Yesterday I read in an email that our body's generally burn 150 calories less each decade. That was not a happy reality check. Not surprising, just disheartening. Or annoying, aggravating.....

I hope to be back later tonight to write personals. I know I am manyyyyy pages behind.

Today was pretty good. I surpassed my 10,000 and finally got back into my workout routine! I ate pretty good, I had a good morning and afternoon so I had a spinach and chicken pizza for dinner. My daily calorie total was 1018. I am nervous for my 2 week weigh in on Saturday!!

HI Everyone!

FYML Do you know why you were dizzy and having the blackout spells? I wonder if your calories are too low with you being so active? I hope you are feeling better and it's nothing serious. ETA: We were posting at the same time. It seems like you were feeling OK today.

Magistra
Thank you. Are you planning on walking outdoors or with Leslie?

Kelijpa I gotta tell you a story about Cody. I took him to the groomer today. There was another dog in his crate. The groomer puts Cody in the larger crate but this dog was larger than Cody so he got the bigger crate. When we got there, she took Cody to the back to put him in a crate. He walked right up to "his" crate, smelled the outside of the crate, lifted his leg and peed on the crate and other dog in there. I don't know what I am going to do with him. BTW, DH thought it was funny.

Good luck with the elimination diet. I did that when I thought I had the food allergy buy it was the agioedema.

JesikaBeth Can you workout to DVD's at home. It's not as exciting as the gym but it's a lot more convenient. At least you are maintaining. There is definitely something to be said for that.

Inkrid I think chicken soup is good anytime. Enjoy!

Terry Good job keeping the calories in line.

Chunkahlunkah I hope you hit the 10 pound mark soon. Maybe tomorrow. :

Syckgirlsfv I'm sorry you are still not feeling well. Feel better soon.

Ciecie Hi

Flower I had to do my shopping on Saturday last week. I usually shop on Friday and then pick on odds and ends on Sunday. I was shocked at how many food vendors were in the store on Saturday. That place was practically dangerous!

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!
