Diana, the dogs did appreciate the walks. my sister and the dogs are leaving to go back to California tomorrow. she and my brother-in-law have an appointment with a specialist at uc davis at the veterinary college for one of their dogs, rudy. he's got a tumor near his heart. you wouldn't know he's as sick as he is from the way he bounces around.

Checking in. My weight has been bouncing between 159 and 164 and today it was 162. I'm back on the coffee, and the teeth clenching has been pretty mild.

My 6 month old pug needs some socializing so I took him to the outdoor market tonight. We discovered that it was an organized dog parade and costume contest. He wore a dolphin costume and got a lot of attention.

I'm still listening to OA meetings every once in a while.

Good morning all!

Diana you were right, the app didn't lie I did it, jogged for 20 minutes! Week 5 complete.

My DH has a bone spur on his heel, he's going for PT, I started doing some of the exercises they have him doing. He said they use some kind of machine to deep tissue massage his other calf because he favors his sore foot. Seems to be helping, glad he is going.

Ciecie hope things go well with your sister's dog.

Coolmom our dog needs socializing, the little nut, the dolphin costume sounds cute.

Best to all

Ok, I better get moving, work awaits

Diana, mary said that the vets at uc davis will do the surgery as soon as they find out what kind of tumor it is. you wouldn't know that rudy is having any problems with the way he walks around.

Weight went down .4 lbs. Shocking because I figured it would drop a lot faster than that. We will see how tomorrow plays out.

Thanks for the low congrats, guys!
Still at 152.7 and the rest will be unchanged today too: no exercise and calories under 1400.

Happy Hump Day.

just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. resumed post-company clean-up after I got home. I made the bed that my sister and her two dogs were sleeping in in my brother's room this morning. there are twin beds in there. I made the second bed after I got home this afternoon. I've got the blanket that is on the couch in the living room in the washing machine now. as soon as that is done, i'll hook up the dishwasher.

Hi Everyone!

Ciecie Pets are so resilient, especially when they know they are loved. I'm washing clothes, too.

Nicholsfamily Great job on the .4. I have noticed the same thing myself. When you are close to your goal, it takes longer to get off the little gains.

Chunkahlunkah Yay for maintaining the low.

Waving HI all around! Enjoy your evening!

I didn't log yesterday due to baseball being so late! It was a decent day I suppose... I didn't work out because I was dizzy and having brief blackouts but I well surpassed 10,000 steps and ate healthy for a total of 865 calories.

Today wasn't the greatest... I did not work out as I was up late due to ball and I only reached 8500 steps. I did eat healthy and clean which is the most important to me for a total of 1009 calories. Saturday is my bi-weekly weigh in day so I hope to see some results. I've been stuck around 214 for a month or so now.
