Today was a decent day. Ate clean and healthy for a total of 1002 calories. I skipped the work out due to my shoulder pain causing headaches. I worked out for 7 days straight so I needed a rest. I did surpass my 10,000 step goal with the help of Pokemon Go!

hi all
not a lot of energy. So I am not going to do personals. except to say
Diana happy belated birthday!!!

Today I woke up to not such good news on the scale. I had been noticing that I was gaining more than expected. I had around 1,000 calories today. I hope the lbs drop. But I am not so sure they will. It seems that once again I have disrupted my meridian system (sort of like accupuncture) time clock. Yes, there is such a thing. When the time clock gets messed up it causes my metabolism to significantly slow down. So that means an additional lifestyle change. Along with the dieting and ever dreaded exercise.

I am having someone who is Vegan over for dinner. I am too tired to cook. So it will be canned beans with oil, lemon juice, garlic and chopped veggies. And bread. Its the best I can do (on my current budget) for a vegan. I promised her I would not spend much money. So tuesday will be a high calorie day

I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Good Tuesday All)) Hope you had a great and restful night. FYML, hope your shoulder gets better. I have stopped all weight training (3 weeks ago)because of increased muscle spams. It is so much better now. Plus, it allowed me to change things up and began walking on my treadmill. Good that you decided to give your muscles some rest. Flower, sorry that things are not going as well as you want it to right now. Listen to your body and do the best that you can. It will turn around. As for me, at work. Gonna be busy today and traveling tomorrow with my supervisor. I will try to hold it in the road Too many calories last night but clothes fit better. Back on my game today. Also exercised 30 minutes on treadmill and 10 minutes of stretching. The stretching was a treat) Have a great day!

Hi, all!

Well, this is unexpected. I'm down from 154-something to 152.7, which is my lowest yet. Due to consuming copious quantities of salt and also not exercising, I wasn't expecting to lose anything this week. Nice surprise though. I don't trust that number to stick around for tomorrow. Sometimes the low numbers can be such a tease!

Weight: 152.7
Exercise: Probably nothing.
Food: Calories under 1400.

Flower -

Diana - Thanks! I hope it's not a thyroid issue. I don't think it is. That doesn't run in my family. I'm hoping it's just a chronic case of dehydration being brought on by my IBS. I drink enough for the average healthy person, but I realize I've never been drinking extra to compensate for that condition. I'm sorry you've been dealing with thyroid problems. I know a few people with issues there, and in most of their cases it's been a challenge finding the right dosage to keep it under control.

Hello all. Somehow this morning I missed posting and taking my vitamins. Getting ready to tackle the c25k, today is supposed to be 20 minute jog, I keep telling myself that the app thinks I can do it, it hasn't been wrong before hope I don't psych myself out, I shouldn't look ahead, but I did...

Syckgirlsfv hope you're feeling better!

Diana you'll do great, as mentioned above you are a great example for maintenance.

Well, I better get to it, best to all
