Hi Happening, the Biggest Loser challenge on 3FC is structured slightly differently than the TV show. We begin the challenge on the 15th of this month and go til sometime in December (when the show ends). You sign up on this thread (http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/bigg...up-thread.html) with your starting weight. You will be assigned to either a blue team or a red team. At the end of the season (Dec-ish), the team with the most lbs lost wins! No prizes, unfortch.
Hello everyone else! I must join in on the bad day today. I've not been feeling too well, so I would sway between voraciously hungry and no appetite whatsoever.
I got up late went to URM, after that I went to the bank and bought some more fresh fruit and veggies, and because I was hunger I bought that crap. I should never go to the grocery store hungry!

breakfast-1/2 english muffin with 1 cooking spray fried egg, 1 slice canadian bacon, a TBS shredded 2% cheddar, 1 c mixed fruit salad with strawberries, nectarines, apples and grapes
lunch-3 cups salad of romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, green peppers and red onions, 1/2 can water packed tuna, 10 spritzes spray vinagrette dressing
dinner-pulled pork sandwich on bun, 1 c oven baked fries, corn or the cob, 1 c steamed brocolli
snack-1/2 c sugar free jello with 1/2 c fruit cocktail in fruit juice with a dab of fat free cool whip

Hey Ladies... where is everyone at today?... hope everything is okay with everyone...
I am feeling under the weather..Last week I was feeling dizzy and off balance and the dr said was probably an inner ear "bug" and to take aspirin or advil... but today it seems to be way worse.. I have alot of pressure in one ear and when i swallow or turn my head a certain way i will get an intense pain in the back of my head behind that ear... I am sore everywhere and feel like I could sleep standing up.. no fever but lots of hot n cold chills... BLAGH! I was so glad when we had to close the daycare early today due to the building having to cut the water lines to work on the boilers...lol I am heading to the doctor in 2 hours.. so hopefully they will be able to tell me something... hugs everyone..I wil be back later to "confess" my day lol
Was over on cal yesterday: Had 2 fiber 1 muffins after dinner (in addition to my planned dessert of a Vitamuffin Brownie).
But at least there was no 'mindless, keep reaching into a container eating.'
I didn't work out either but did do some cleaning.
Today: I start off fine, it's the PM that I wreck things, so I will hopefully NOT mess up, and post later.
I think we're all on under some kind of weird anti-weight loss spell.
I have the stomach flu. I got it this AM at 4. Mmm hmmm. I've been in and out of the bathroom since. I'm trying to remember what I ate that gave it to me. Everything I ate yesterday was homemade and it didn't bother my hubby so we're both confused. I'm feeling better but all I've had today is 4 slices of whole wheat bread with butter scraped on it. Blah. I can't believe I was so healthy yesterday and today I'm in a shambles.
I don't know what I'm eating for lunch and if I'm eating anything because I'm definitely not in the mood to cook.
Hope everyone else is doing ok! Sorry to hear about your weight gain, happening. You can't gain 3 lbs of fat overnight, unless you ingested 10,500 extra calories yesterday (3500*3). It's probably water weight. Did you eat some salty (chips, pretzels, restaurant food)? Did you exercise more so than usual or did you do exercise after say 3-4 days or more of not exercising? I've found that I gain weight with either of these situations. Don't worry, get back on plan and it will come off in no time.

I could not eat anything raw or fresh today because I am having an endoscopy and colonoscopy on Friday and had to restrict my diet. Tomorrow I will be fasting all day so I don't feel so bad that I went over my daily plan by a few hundred.
