Anyone know when this is going to happen? The organizer didn't mention anything on her post about when the teams would be announced. I tend to spazz on things so I might forget to check up on it on my own. Hehe.

We need to remember these posts when we're 3-4 months in and starting to flag. Well, I'm just speaking for myself cause I tend to run out of steam in 3-4 months.

This is totally not based on this season's run, but I was looking through older BL threads here and apparently it runs til early April? I've never watched even a clip of the biggest loser so I don't know anything about their run time. I was under the impression it ran from sept to Dec, but I guess it makes sense that it would be like any other show and run from Sept til May (when most seasons have their finales). Dang. We have to keep going til MAY? OMG. I better start praying now.

Just kidding, I'm in it to win it! <-- proof

Chit chat time: I saw Nick & Norah's infinite playlist last night. When I first saw the trailers on TV, I really wanted to see it but I never got around to seeing it in the theater. It wasn't that great. Average older teen romance. At least it didn't have the stereotypical "misunderstandings" that cause all this drama and at the end they go "oh haha, THAT'S what you meant, haha". Usually, I get stabby when that happens. Anyway, Michael Cera is officially a one-character actor. Halfway through the movie, I kept focusing on his HUGE upper lip. Looks like someone smashed all this upper features into the top half of his face and left the lower half as is. Poor guy.

Ok, over n' out. I'll check in later tonight with my confession.

Echo and Cape - Thanks for your support. I am working really hard at making better choices and the praise is much appreciated! It is nice when someone noticed your hard work.

Food so far today:

coffee with creamer
2 gluten free fruity snack bars

spaghetti with 3 small meatballs
salad with ranch dressing
peaches in light syrup
2% milk

water, water, water

*I will update dinner and any snacks.....I only have around 400 calories left for the day so dinner will most likely be veggies with a bit of reduced fat cheese and yogurt with fresh blueberries and cranberries I have at home!

I did walk for about 10 minutes on my break at work and did 50 waist twists. I am also getting a lot of exercise getting up and going to the restroom with all this water I am drinking, haha.

ok dinner did not turned out as planned. My bf cooked and he did things like bake the porkchops.

small porkchop
small serving mashed potatos
small serving corn
vanilla yogurt

I figure I went over for the day by at least a few hundred calories. I will do better tomorrow and plan better.

Drinking water is key. I drank 128 oz of water last night from 5pm to 11pm. It really flushed out all the extra sodium I gained because because I cheated pretty good yesterday.

Today:

string cheese 60 cals
1/2 bagel 177 cals 30 carbs
cream cheese 60 cals

lunch
tuna 80 cals
wedge of cheese 35 cals 1 carb
low carb yogurt 80 cals 3 carbs

total so far 492 cals

snack
yogurt 80 cals 3 carbs
pickles 15 cals 3 carbs

dinner
???? don't know yet!

Happenin- you joining us on the Biggest Loser challenge? I posted the thread some posts up, you should join us!!

Echo - no worries, chica. You've been doing really well so far. Get back up and dust yourself off for another day. See my cinnaroll story below.

Cape - *whew* I mean, I'm all for a challenge and losing weight, but geez - Sept to May? That's one terminally long challenge!

I'm ready to confess. SIGH.

My superhero persona left me today.

Food:

Breffix: Instant oatmeal, banana bread flavor, 1 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 medium banana (400 cals)

Lunch: Healthy Choice Steamer Chicken Margherita - (320 cals) This didn't taste good at all, what a waste of cals.

Snack: 1 bag popcorn (100 cals)

Here's where I de-railed. I made lower calorie cinnamon rolls because I was craving it, which is really weird because I've never been a fan of them. Anyway, I made them and they each came out to 70 calories. I, um, ate 4. (280 cals) My mom sent me burfis (Indian confection, made with ground cashews, sugar and I think milk) (125 cals each according to fitday) I only had one. Woohoo self control!

Dinner: Veggie biryani with pieces of rotisserie chicken mixed in. (400 cals guessing?)
Dessert: 1 cinnaroll. I suck. (70 cals)

Total cals for today: 1695. Looks a little low but I don't know (too lazy) how many cals were in my dinner. So I probably hit 1800 or higher (eep!) but I'll let it go for now.

Exercise: No exercise. Rained like cats and dogs when we were getting ready to leave. Stupid rain.

O and Sunni about the Biggest Loser Challenges.. I think they end when each season ends if I understood correctly.. so it would end probably in late November or early December then another one would start up when another season would start on tv early winter like January-ish lol...as far as I understand they do not last from Sept. to May just as long as each tv season lasts and they usually do two a year on tv... so yea.. I am not sure if I am even making any sense anymore.. lol if I havent please let me know..lol bye for now! to bed i go!

Go Cape! You had an awesome day today. Awww, you have lil' kitties!! I think some cats are cute. Most of them look mean as heck though. Dogs look a little um slow and friendly, hehe. What kinds of cats do you have? I think Bombay cats are absolutely gorgeous. Tabbies are adorable too.

So I went on Fitday and calculated my calories for my dinner. I just couldn't rest without knowing how many cals I ingested. Sigh. I'm hooked on calorie counting. So my total for today ended up being 1833. Not bad since my daily range is 1800 - 2000. Woohoo!! I think I'll call it an early night too. I was up til 1:15 this morning watching Nick & Norah cause I couldn't sleep for whatever reason and I've been whacked out today. Today's my cleaning day and I just did laundry and cleaned the kitchen. So, of to bed now to have a full, productive day tomorrow.

P.S: Thanks for the info, Cape. Made total sense.
