hi girls!!

gah ! i'm back at 168lbs!! i realised whenever i reach 166/167 pounds, i start to self self sabotage myself, and end up over eating. i was looking through my weight diary, and the times i've gone below 168lbs, i start to over eat!

so now that i've recognised my pattern, going to be more alert! and STOP over eating, everytime i go down from 168lbs!

you're right Cape and good for you, having a light dinner.

good job hydra!

i hear ya sunni!!

i love pancakes with maple syrup!

i know sunni. im so worried about either NOT losing any weight for weekly weigh ins, or worse still gaining!!

have a great time in vegas! we will miss you!!

awesome on losing weight! and congratulations on getting to the 150s!! yeh!!

haha sunni i totally know what you mean. i cant believe it doesnt say anything when you reach goal, how dissapointing!! lol

well instead of fitday, let me tell you

CONGRATULATIONS Sunni ON meeting your GOAL! you rock girl!!

herbal tea
banana

large salad, romaine lettuce and bermuda onion
sprinkle of FF cheese
20 sprays of Ken's lite accents honey mustard dressing

coffee with 1/2 the usual amount of powdered creamer I generally use
herbal iced tea

2 tuna salad open faced sandwiches on gluten free bread
water, water, water

chinese takeout, 1/2 portion eaten of:
beef with steamed broccoli
steamed white rice
one veggie eggroll
herbal iced tea

more herbal iced tea, green tea and peppermint today

I was able to stay on my plan and make it just under 1,500 calories. If I get the hungries later, I will have water, peppermint tea and perhaps a few stalks of celery.

hey girls, i hope you all had a super day!
--
my confession:
exercise

bike (i) = level 10. 12 minutes, 0.27 miles, (30 calories).
bike (ii) = level 10. 11 minutes, 0.27 miles (30 calories)
(total = 0.54 miles, 23 minutes, 60 calories)

the bike's display thingy is busted! so i attached my pedometer to my knee to get a rough idea of what i'm doing, the miles obviously isnt accurate but gives me some sort of measurement to improve on and check my progress hehe

food wise:
breakfast - water with benefiber.

Lunch - 1/2 cup of fruit and fiber cereal with semi skimmed milk. 1 slice of mild cheddar cheese. 2 mini crackers with cheddar cheese and branston pickle: eating time - 15minutes, i stopped when i was satisfied/full.

dinner - 1/2 cup of vegetable rice (peas, sweetcorn), 1/4 cup of sheshlik chicken, salad (purple cabbage, carrots, red onion) 1/2 roti, 2 serving spoons (~4 tbs) of brown lentil soup. - 22 minutes. stopped when full. (when i sighed basically).
peppermint tea

dinner II - 1/2 cup of vegetable rice (peas, sweetcorn), some salad (purple cabbage), 1 tablespoon of sheshlik sauce, 2 tablespoon low fat yoghurt. - 12 minutes
after dinner snack - 1 packet of discos BBQ flavour crisps (28g, 146 calories)

Last night was my birthday dinner (Chinese) after 3 weeks on being on-plan It was nice. A small serving each of bbq pork, hot & sour soup, fried squid, etc. with a diet coke and a small blizzard after. Next treat meal isn't scheduled until Christmas. Long road! I also did a 2 hour hike prior to dinner.

Exercise: 1 hour Olympic weights.

Today
Breakfast:
1 slice ww toast, 1 tsp margarine, 1 cup skim cottage cheese (microwave broke, I normally nuke egg whites)

Lunch:
Protein shake (vanilla protein powder, 1 cup ice water, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tsp flax oil)

Dinner:
Will be a mango & shrimp dinner with veggies. Low on the calories today despite strength training (1 hour Olympic lifting) because I ate a lot last night (well, not "a lot", but more than average).
