Good evening! I did pretty good today, stayed on my food plan and got some exercise.

coffee with creamer
water
gluten free coco snack bar

tuna salad sandwich, regular bread
small salad with a drizzle of regular ranch dressing
nectarine
milk

1 oz of tortilla chips
couple tsps salsa and 1 tsp sour cream
coffee with creamer

3 small baked clam halves
large salad with 1 oz reduced fat cheese and reduced fat french dressing
water

water, water, water tonight as I did not drink much during the day.

I exercised for about 15 minutes today, some stretches and walking on my break at work....also played with granddaughter tonight as she and my son are staying here for a couple days.

Have a great evening everyone and a great Tuesday!!!!

OK: So I finished out Sunday slighlty over, but I only ate healthy foods, so I'm not too upset about it.

Yesterday was a pure disaster: 1000 cal binge after dinner.

All I can do is try to do better today....going to try to address the sugar addiction.

Hi there! Today I was going to this...um, basically a-mall-that-functions-more-like-a-bazaar, and you know what's there at bazaars? YES. FOOD.

My culinary ambition told me to hold a culinary crusade on my own to try foods there, unfortunately there wasn't any healthy food with enough portion for me not to eat more (if I eat more, I'll overeat)... So in the end I tried a spring roll (doesn't really taste good) and a salad with peanut sauce. HOT! D: skipped the rice cake that's there too

And then later in the evening I ate salad and some soup with tofu which have meat inside.

But I walked around alot (and gotten myself a nice bag) so...is all forgiven? Not yet, there's still dinner.

Morning ladies! How are we all doing today?

No worries, DogMom! We all fall off the wagon. The important thing is to pick yourself up and get back on!

Good luck with today! You can do it!

So yesterday was not a good day for me, emotionally. I guess that could've translated to a bad diet night, but fortunately, it didn't. I don't think I could have dealt with another weight increase, regardless of it being water or fat. I've found that I'm better able to control my eating now. Hope this continues for a long, long time!

Breffix - 1 cup skim milk + 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Instant Oatmeal (apples & cinnamon), 1 burfi (385 cals)

*planned meals*

Snack - blueberry & raspberry smoothie, 1 tsp sugar for about 4 cups of smoothie (100 cals? Have to measure and see today)

Lunch - 5 spinach and mozzie ravioli (200 cals), unsure of what else to have... maybe some olives (100 cals). The smoothie is very filling so I might not need extra lunch

Snack - bananas (100 cals), figs (111 cals) or watermelon (100 cals) or grapes (200 cals) OR 1 100 cal popcorn bag

Dinner - homemade fried rice, using about a cup of white rice (500 cals)

Total for the day: 1385. Knowing me, I'm sure it won't end up being that low.

I was doing fine yesterday until we got down the shore. We went to the boardwalk for the night but my BF would rather stay home and watch tv and my best friend's love life was crashing down around her ears(I'm her love guru basically). The only plus to last night was that I was walking for 4 hours.

Food confessions:
Kohr bros ice cream
Nachos
Water ice (samples)
Soft pretzel (samples)
Fudge (samples)
More ice cream when we got home :c

Today I plan on walking twice as long as I normally do at the beach, going in the water with my BF no matter how cold the water is, and eating right.

Hey Platformnine! Is your name a Harry Potter reference? It's been a while since I've read the books, but didn't he leave from a platform 9.5 or something? I'm an HP geek, so forgive me if you have no idea what I'm talking about.

You're from NJ! Yay!! I'm a former NJ-er so it makes me happy when I see my peeps.

Good luck today! Have fun in the ocean!

I was only 0.25 away, drat! Told ya it's been a long while since I've read the books. Apparently, there IS a platform 9 3/4 in London at King's Cross. Cool, huh?

Thank goodness you posted on here. I was wondering where everyone was... must be busy days for people. It's a GORGEOUS day out for me, but I'm not feeling well (TOM crampiness) so I'm not in the mood to go out and run. Any other day and I would've been out there enjoying the mild sun and lovely breeze.

Hey guys, So what is this Biggest Loser Challenge? What do I do, and where do I sign up???

I was not my best yesterday and ended up devouring some fast food and a huge bowl of cereal (my fave thing in the world) so I feel back at square 1. Oh well. Today's a new day:

string cheese - 60 cals
tuna - 80 cals
yogurt - 80 cals
pickles - 15 cals
wedge of cheese - 35 cals
3 small laffy taffys - 96 cals
caramel apple pops - 60 cals

Tonight I think we're going to Islands and I'll get some chicken and a small salad!
