Hi ALL ~

Another short day at work so I took the dogs out for 3.5 miles this morning, went and worked a few hours, came home and did 4 miles on the treadmill, then I took a load of stuff over to Angie's middle school for a rummage sale they are having.

I guess the 174.6 was not a fluke yesterday as I weighed in at 174.0 this morning! Those miles ~ watching my portions and less alcohol is really starting to show improvements.

MRSAUGIE ~You are doing awesome on that Gazelle!

C-D ~ I know all about those late church meetings...sometimes they have to wake me up to send me home on those meetings that last until 10pm when I am getting up at 3am!

FRIENDLYKAT ~ Great job on the 3 Way to keep getting up and battling!

HAT TRICK ~Looks like you may have a new career in the making...landscaper

WebRover ~ on the 1.5....I hope today was less stressful for you.

THISTOO ~ Enjoy the graduation...I really mean enjoy it! If you find yourself in a situation where the choices aren't what you really want...just make the best of it! A few extra calories over a week-end is really not a big deal! Just walk a little further in the parking lots...take stairs instead of the elevator...you get the idea.

SHADES ~Awesome on being in the 50's Angie is the type that after dinner she can have a cup of tea and 1 graham cracker for a snack...you are doing awesome!

TKGLENN ~Welcome! the coaches here will get you to onderland!

DEN@ ~Awesome! You are doing super!

WardHog ~Bummer...but we all know we won't lose everyday

KEEP UP THE GREAT ATTITUDES!!

Hi gang, looks like almost everyone has posted a loss. And those that haven't, I'm betting that the scale will be sliding down soon

I was at 139.0 this morning (again), so it looks like it might hold

I have been sticking with my calorie allotment AND trying to bump up the exercise just a bit each day. Those small changes can add up to big results if I am just patient enough

It was a beautiful day here, and my walk along the lake was delightful. I actually consider myself blessed to be able to exercise in such a lovely place on a beautiful spring day

Awesome C-D! Angie and I were talking the other day about taking some pictures of where we walk...not near as pretty!

Thanks for the photo and the reminder of patience! Romans 12:12

Good morning! The scale tells me that I'm at 196.6 this morning. That's 3.4 pounds toward my 5 pound goal! I'm going to do my best to keep up the momentum even though I'll be out of town this weekend. I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend! I'll check in Sunday afternoon.

I am back down to 139.0 this morning. Only 1.8 pounds to go to get to 5!

I did Group Power plus 45 min of cardio this morning. Eating is on plan.

Congratulations, losers! And have a great week-end!

Hi Gals ~

Ok all was well until after dinner last night...watermelon! A really-really good watermelon! Now I know what you gals feel like when you say "bloated" ...ok...maybe not exactly!

Anyway, I was still at 174 but it had a .6 with it instead of .0.....I am a work in progress! I did fix the numbers under my avatar. I weighed the 201 when I started my journey last July ~ I got down to 169 but settled in at 171 ~ I had 165 as my goal. I have realized that my goal was too low...for now anyway...

mrsaugie ~Not every day, wekk or month will be good...we need to focus on the BIG picture!

thistoo ~ Have fun on your trip.

Bargoo ~ Awesome!

DENA ~With a little hard work you will hit goal in no time!

WardHog ~ Awesome!

Stay on your Plan for the week-end!

Still maintaining 139.0. But seeing that "3" still has me jazzed so I'm not bummed over holding steady. I doubt the beer with supper helped me much. But at least I got in 1.5 hrs of exercise today

I hope you all have a blessed weekend! Let's stick to plan and keep working on those 5 lbs.

Angie and I had mexican for date night tonight, before she headed out for the week-end. We split it, kind of ~ I split my mahi mahi verde tacos, rice and beans in half and brought half home for lunch tomorrow. Angie was feeling "tummy" nervous about her race tomorrow so she had just a bowl of tortilla soup. I had just one beer ...but too many chips...oh well.

I got 6 miles in today, 3.5 with the dogs 2.5 on the treadmill

SHELBYSMOM ~ I know all about walking more and losing weight! When Angie and I trained for a marathon, a few years back, I gained weight! We did over 400 miles of training miles and I gained almost 10 pounds! I even got the most weight gained weight award for our group of about 50 Of course I was eating like crazy because I was so hungry, I was not eating healthy and I really wasn't trying to lose weight at the time. I think I weighed about what I do now, after the 10 pound gain. Your body will make the adjustments! I promise! Hang in there

GATOR Hey kiddo, 4 days of flu would put anyone into "no motivation" mood Grab the dog, the 'ol man and head up that hill when you feel strong enough!

MRSAUGIE ~ Hey, not saying 5 minutes is great...but it is 5 minutes! Enjoy your Mother's Day...it is just one day...not a big deal to go over a bit!

C-D ~ Awesome holding onto the 130's! I had only one beer with dinner today too!

Have a great week-end ladies ~ enjoy your families and have a GREAT MOTHER'S DAY!
