), I did steady state all the way, increasing my speed and time. I ended up being on the dang machine like nearly an hour and I just wasn't getting anywhere weight loss wise. I've been doing intervals (and still some steady state days) this time around and so far so good. In addition to speed intervals I also do 1 day/wk of incline intervals on the TM. Killer butt workout!
Try this link for interval workouts. It may be just the shot to get the scale moving again.
