Well on the sw site it says 5 - 15 and if you have more than 3 stone you can have more. But they say most people (I'd guess people with 3 or less to lose) should stick to 10. I'm not most people I have more to lose.

I did mean all the syns in the wine and the gin and still be the loser of the week. Just re-read that and it sounds bad but you know what I mean. You are the one who loses the most in the week at your club, just had to keep in it to make you smile

I too have more than 3 stone to lose, would like to lose at least 5, but like Kirsty everyone in my group is on 10 syns a day. Maybe I should try eating (should read DRINKING) more wine and see if it helps, but then I know the answer to that already.

Veggie you must have a really wonderful metabloism that quickly burns of the booze, mine just lectures me for weeks after it.

Am definately jealous

Well I dont have that much weight to lose but I am sticking to the diet (without the club).
I am giving myself 10 syns a day but am probably having no more than 5.
How much weight should I expect to lose a week do you think, I'm not too sure whether this diet is going to work for me and I dont want to keep on with it if I'm only going to lose a tiny amount of weight when I could try something else.

The diet (I'm veggie so just doing green days) really doesnt seem that different to what I normally eat except I'm cutting out oil and margarine so any tips to get a decent weightloss quickly?
