Tried to phone slimming world lady but she had the cheek to be out. Am going to start over again tomorrow. Am going back to work then, regardless of how I feel I can't sit around like this any longer. Am going to put the last couple of weeks down to a blip.

Veggie I've not got a password for the SW website could you give me the syns in a bowl of sugar puffs for a red and green day? thanks

Hi all. I am new to SW, but I am doing the plan online through their 'bodyoptimise' link. Its really useful since I'm outside the UK for a short while. Is anyone else using this tool?

Only been a member for 2 weeks and have lost 5lbs which is fab for me! I was disappointed that 'bodyoptimise' does not have a forum to keep me in touch with other SWers, but I found you lot here which is great!

Hi umzaynab It does suck that sw don't have an official forum. I use the online tools at the sw site to look up syns.

Am in a dilemma that there is no food in this house, I'm going on a training course am hoping lunch isn't supplied, but what am I supposed to eat............ Bet lunch is supplied. I'll just need to be strong.

Am not hungry this morning, ate too much over the weekend, but will have something before I leave this morning, there are shreddies. Think they are the healthly B on both type of days. Will need to check my book.

Lunch I will deal with closer to the time

Hello!

Im new to the board and joined after reading all these posts about slimming world. I thought it would be great to come on here to discuss what i think and how im doing etc instead of droaning on to my bf all the time! lol.

Everyone seems to be getting on really well! well done! I only started it yesturday but have spent hours reading about it and making up menus! I am going to have all green days cuz i dont really eat enough meat to get enough out of red! There is so much i can eat! I havent tried many of my meals yet but will post on here what i think is particually nice!

I have got one recipe which some people may find useful, crisps!I havvent tried it yet but do plan to!

like the chips really only you just peel the potatos and then slice them very thinly!(to do this you can use the slicing edge on a cheese grater, thats about the thickness) then you just spray tray with fry light, top the crisps with any herbs of anything you fancy and put in a hot oven on top shelf! be careful though cuz they cook real quick and you need to make sure they dont burn! The best bit?....they are free on a green day!

Anyway, need to get ready for work! Speak to you soon x
