OK Veggie and Kirsty you have got me very interested there is a class within walking distance on Wednesday night at 7. Am very nervous about the thought of going, I know it will be fine once I get there, walking through that door the first time is the worst thing. Am also nervous as this is totally different to anything I have done before have never food optimised, maybe this will be the thing that works, have read all the recipes on the website and they make it sound so easy.

Do they encourage you to exercise, even gently, didn't see much of that on the website ?

Will be a nervous wreck all day Wednesday

I can't believe how much I ate yesterday and this is a diet ?

I had a 2 egg ommelette with mushrooms and peppers for breakfast
a large salad with chilli sauce (0.5 syn) and a baked potato followed by some grapes for lunch
Some home made veg soup and a oriental chicken stir fry (chicken was healthy option)
then a pear and a muller light yogurt
And for supper 2 slices of toast (healthy option) with banana mashed on them

I can see from Veggie and Linus weight losses it works, but never have I ate so much whilst trying to slim.........

Was great fun am having a red day today

HI Carol

I'm anothr carbs girl. Could not even think of doing the Atkins (very veggie unfriendly anyway!). Hope you enjoyed the "bootiful" chicken breast! I have been depressed looking in the new Syns book - even more Quorn has syns attached (yeah right, like I even give a monkey's as to the syn value!!!

It's great eating loads on a diet isn't it? Baked potatoes with cheese at night are the best! Especially when they are syn free with cheese a healthy extra. I do like 2 tablespoons of light coleslaw on them as well (1 syn) Ok enough about my potato love
