Seen as you don't have much to lose 1- 2 pounds a week I guess. Mine is quicker but then I have 8 stone to lose sigh My sister loses 3 quite regularly and she hasn't much to lose.

Fell off the plan big style yesterday. Was at a meeting over lunch time and succumbed to the buffet and didn't even try and work out what was red and what was green - was suppose to be having a green day and then i came home and said 'sod it' already ruined it for today so had cheese sandwiches and 2 packets of discos.

When I fall off it I fall off it with style. Also had a load of wine, which I have no syns for

Am going to have a red day today and once i have managed to get some clothes on am going to walk up to the co-op in the rain and get some bacon for breakfast and some ham for lunch and chicken and veggies to stir fry for dinner. Is a two mile round walk so will do me the world of good

I need to find my serious head again today, I am going to lose this week I am I am I am

I actually quite like broccoli, just shoot me now.

Crisps don't bother me at all, just need to hide them from son number 2 as he would eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Have fell off the wagon big style

I have to confess that I also love vegetables.

As a crisp substitute I now use pasta crisps. You can make them for free on a green day give me a shout if you want the recipe. I eat them with WW BBQ salsa (also free).
