hi all i lost 2llb but cant help feeling disapointed if i hadnt kept sabotaging my self i could have lost the other three and finally been under 16 stone

Have you put your weight in on the SW site? It tells you your predicted target date based on your weight loss so far mine is 07/02/2005 at the mo. Before today it was in 2004

Hello to you all. Just found this thread for us brits.
I'm new here so please introduce yourselves...my name's amber from scotland and I currently weigh in at 13stone. At only 5'2" it's far too much for me and I want to get into my gorgeous dress I bought in December for my school chums wedding end of June-of course, one size smaller than I need!!
Started the slimsteady plan today and need encouragement....the fruit for breakfast not cutting it, the water not filling me up....the crisps in the cupboard under the sink are all covered in my name.....HELP!!!!

Welcome to 3fc Crisps are banned round me I can eat a six pack very quickly I've had half a packet in 6 weeks I'm basically a crispaholic.

Lost 4lbs this week thanx 2 the Ebay diet! Lol! Basically Ive become so obsessed with Ebay that going down 2 flights of stairs to get food seems impossible!

Only problem is Im losing £s as well as Lbs!! & Im a poor student!

ill send you my kids they dont leave crisps long enough for anybody to get them and therefor no worrying about eating them ive had none for eight weeks

Crisps are off the shopping list in my house too, Steve would eat 2 packets for breakfast and more on the way to school given half a chance. Now they are for special occasions only

Not lost an ounce! But.....haven't gained either, so will endevour to be super duper brilliant good and WILL show a loss this time next week.
