  • Ok my weekly weigh in thread went a bit wrong so it's back here

    Anyway lost 2.5 am now 16st 13.5 pounds
  • Never Mind Veg don't think that everyone wants to disclose their weight Well Done

    I was slimmer of week at my group
  • Oh I thought that was the whole point Win another bottle of wine then ?
  • No just the fruit this week
  • I lost 3lb again this week. Seems a bit weird to be losing that much 13 weeks in! I thought that you shouldn't lose more than 2lb a week. So I've lost 17lb now which is fantastic although none of my friends noticed at all. I don't suppose they really look at me that hard and I had't seen them for a while. My uni friends claimed to notice. Still the important thing is it's made me feel a lot better My aim for my birthday (3 weeks) was 10st 3 which I should be fine for now and it's making 9st 7 seem almost attainable! Excuse long post!

  • Well Done Dill You can lose 3lb every week if you're doing it right and you obviously are
  • Ive lost 2 and a half pounds this week!

    when I got back from uni was 12st 7lbs but after being back home and eating normally again and not drinking so much I got down to 12st 2lbs pretty quickly but stayed there.

    My parents have gone on holiday this week so they bought me lots of food before they left and I planned out what I was going to eat for the whole week and it seems that it works for me!
    ive changed the meals a little bit throughout the week but I always have my meals planned at least the day before & Ive only not stuck to it once and that was just swapping a baked potato for a sandwich.
    So Im going to continue planning my meals, see how it goes!

    Also coz Im a student and I need to make money before goin bak 2 uni, Im doin 2 jobs at the mo, cleaning 4 evenings a week and chambermaiding 3 mornings a week which im sure is helping a LOT!

    So Im now just in the 11 stones (well by half a pound lol anyway!) onlyn 2 and a half pounds to go to reach my nxt very small target of 11st 11lb which will get me out of the obese category!
  • When I look at my signature 9 stone seems sooooo far away so Ive broken it down into 10 mini goals, wot do u think?

    1st goal: 11st SOMETHING! - met 21/07/04
    2nd goal: 11st 11lbs (out of obese range!)
    3rd goal: 11st 7.5lbs (5% of start weight gone!)
    4th goal: 10st 13lbs (10st SOMETHING & 10% start weight gone!)
    5th goal: 10st 7lbs (10 and a half just sounds good!)
    6th goal: 10st (In healthy weight range & 30lbs gone!)
    7th goal: 9st 10lbs (9st SOMETHING & 20% start weight gone!)
    8th goal:9st 7lbs (9 and a half sounds even better than 10 and a half!)
    9th goal: 9st 2lbs (3st gone!)
    10th goal: 9st GOOOOOOAL (exactly in the middle of healthy weight range!)
