no they dont tell people your weight but regardless of wether your there or not they tell everyone exactly how much theyve gained or lost and then expects you to have a reason as to why youve gained and then takes great delight in telling you how well so and so did and if you did the same youd have lost too and i just couldnt face it this week VEGGIE well done to you great job on your loss

Yep it is definitely getting to me! I should know better and I should be really happy to have gained control so well. Truth is I got cocky and over confident and am now terrified that I will backslide!

veggie, I am NOT eating breakfast again! I should know better, especially as I am both teaching and taking more classes now! But I am making (or rather RE making) the breakfast promise - every day, every day, every day!!

Congrats to all losers and maintainers. As for those who really did gain - blah! Trail Mix did it, I am reliably informed.

PS Kirsty - if you find an excuse not to weigh in that works please let me know!!

In my class they say how much you have lost, but with a gain they just say you have gained (if you stay for class) two people I go with gained this week you are not made to feel bad or anything.

i dont feel bad i feel very pi***d off at myself for not following the diet my self control flew out the window so im very angry but only at me i really like my class the lasses are all brilliant and i think i need the critisism from the leader its good to realise why youve put weight on as sometimes you really think you should have lost one girl has put on weight constantly and it turned out to be coffe mate three spoons in every cup
i will be back next week and showing a loss as well

I didnt weigh in last week but I stayed the same, so nothing interesting there! Ive lost 1lb this week so Im dead on 12st,fingers crossed I'll be 11st something this time next week!
Bought a cheap badminton set from ASDA and me and my housem8s are playing it all the time, some of them are trying to lose weight too.

I gained 1lb this week it was 3lbs at the beginning of the week so i'm happy to have got some of it off

Weighed myself a day early this week since I have 2 essays for thursday. I'd lost 3lb down to 10st 12, under 11 for the first time in ages! Was a bit earlier in the day so possibly a bit lower than it should have been but still I'm well chuffed since I've got below 11 and lost over half a stone now. Yay!!!
