Well done Veggie and Viviki and Cat

Are you all cooking with gas or what, I need to go to the Tuesday class this week as I'm going to a meeting in Aberdeen on Wednesday and it doesn't finish until 5, so by the time I drive back it will be after 7:30 and I'll have missed the weigh in bit of the Wednesday class.

Need to be seriously good from now on

Hey

I lost 1lb this week which is good because I've never managed to lose weight three weeks in a row before and also because I had a day off for our summer event at uni on Saturday. However, do you think lb is bad for a third week as I know it's easier in the first couple of weeks? I've lost 5lb in 3 weeks so far down to 11st 2.

Dill

Its not bad the key is just to stick with it to keep losing. If you put on or dont lose for a week, dont be disheartened and give up.
It will slow down after a few weeks but as long as you're sticking to it its all good.
