Hey Dill Great going!

Kirsty - get back here! How you doing this week? Are we going to trade sulks and snarls or are either of us going to shed a half pound!?!?!?! Are you going back for the weigh in this week? Or has the thought of no loss put you off again?

I promised myself that this week would be a better week, but somehow I don't think it will be! Fingers crossed for both of us!

Hi everyone, so I'm back from my holiday and ready to start my diet!

I weighed in this morning at 12st 8lbs. I want to be about 10st or even 9st 7lbs.

I'm doing Slimming World, first day today. It is going ok so far.

hi all no stef im going back on thursday i think i might be okay only about 2 or three on {i hope} but eatings been really good had a lovely meal for teajust cant get round this water thing as a matter of fact wait one minute
right had a glass are you all satisfied youll have me at eight stone before you know it well maybe not 8 stone more like 15 right im off to have a tour around the site back later

I DON'T drink water at all and i'm not thin yet either but i don't think it holds you back from getting thin either

according to my doc and dietician it floods the fat cells out of your system as they are breaking up and stops them reattaching elsewhere adding to the fact that the first time since i was 13 ive got no acne so it must be doing some good well its worth a try

Water is also supposed to fill you up when you're hungry to stop you snacking, and if you drink a glass before you meal as well as during your meal, you are supposed to eat less.
Before I joined Ww, I never drank water, hated the stuff, thought it tasted boring. Now I drink eight big glasses a day, no problem, I found it hard at first, but it got easier as time went on. I find myself now getting water at any point in the day whereas before I would have looked for a juice, or soda or a cuppa, I still drink plenty of tea though too

I'm always running off to the loo too. I watched an Oprah a few years back and she was talking about water in take. She said that you should look at the colour of your wee to know if you're drinking enough ater each day. Your wee should be a very pale colour, not dark as when it's pale you flush the kidneys out better.

Gained a pound this week...........I'll put it down to that apple crumble anad ice cream. NO MORE!!! naughty stuff. Will be absolute angel this week and show a loss next week.

Never mind Chris think i'd be tempted to gain a pound if i was offered hot apple pie/crumble with vanilla ice cream melting on top my favourite dessert
