Water is also supposed to fill you up when you're hungry to stop you snacking, and if you drink a glass before you meal as well as during your meal, you are supposed to eat less.
Before I joined Ww, I never drank water, hated the stuff, thought it tasted boring. Now I drink eight big glasses a day, no problem, I found it hard at first, but it got easier as time went on. I find myself now getting water at any point in the day whereas before I would have looked for a juice, or soda or a cuppa, I still drink plenty of tea though too
