hi stef getting to you is it ?look your thinner than most of us here so it will be harder for you and if your doing a lot of exercise you of all people will know that muscle is heavier than fat maybe you need to alter your diet for a while give your body something different to get its teeth into p;ease please dont give up you sound so down and believe you me id give anything to have maintained this week so at least your not putting on weight

Haven't lost this week, no gain either Just maintained, must have been that trail mix that I ate over the weekend?
Good luck to the rest of you, we really are doing well, what would I do without this thread?

Hey, I lost a lb , I was down 2 but I weighed the jumper I wore last week and that was one of them! I wish it could go a bit faster though coz being chubby really gets me down. I was going to go out for my friend's birthday last night but after trying on every item of clothing I own I decided not to go.

But I have bought in some healthier stuff for my essay crisis tonight. There was no weight watchers or nimble bread in sainsburys and a v poor choice of fruit or any crisp bakes Rubbish mini supermarkets!
