Weighed in after holiday week and mega meal

Wooooo flaming hoooooooooooo I lost another pound and a bit over the last 2 weeks. Unbelievable

Still not a Oner though, got a whole month to wait at this rate. Not into a new number of stones either. I snuck up to the 15's and am now back in the 14's but I NEED to be in the 13's

Sorry to be on a downer, but I am feeling fat and flumpy today - again!

On a lighter note, I am snowed in so I can't go out and buy comfort food! The joys and benefits of living in the middle of nowhere

Ah well I gues I just have to be flumpy and rock on!

OMG - I weighed in last week at SW and their scales must weigh heavier than mine (unfortunately I have the feeling that theirs are probably more accurate - lol) I weighed in an 11st13 (167lb). Was a big shock as my scales (digital) weighapprox 5lb lighter - lol.

Still must get on with it - lol. I weighed again this week and was 11st9 (163) so was impressed at the 4lb loss expecially as I thought that I wouldn't have lost any as I didn't struggle in the first week with the diet.

I weighed in on Gloria this morning. I was sure I'd have gained at least four pounds with all the chinky I'd eaten, so was quite surprised to see only a pound gain. Would have rather have not sen any but that was very hopeful. Still it was my gob that consumed the chinky, but glad to say I'm way back on plan now Hope to see a loss next week. Good luck to everyone else who still has to weigh in and well done to all your losers already
