Hey!! I lost 4lb this week which i am really pleased about as i am off on holiday next week and have remained the same for the past two weeks. Also it takes me down into the next stone bracket. I am going to try really hard to be good this week and the good loss will help me to stick to it as i know that i will go off track next week on holiday but i dont really mind as long as i enjoy the break - at least i know I CAN loose it when i get back.

Slunk downstairs and stepped on!

Now I know as well as you do that I cheated this week. Didn't get the job. Felt as though I was only there to make up the numbers. Wrte a stinking letter to them and... ate some chocolate - a handful of pink pigs and brown mice!

Been too busy sulking to think of eating right and the DH hasn't been home so I can cheat to my hearts content cos no-one's watching!

Do you know I think this re-education and no calorie counting thing is working! I still managed to lose a whole pound - exactly a pound - delerious or what?

Carol! I am joining you - dreaming of UK size 16!

Go Veggie!

Bad Tracy!

How's everyone else doing? I've been so wrapped up in job interview (blah) and my own weight loss I have been incredibly rude recently!

Actually Veggie her name is familiar to me too! I might actually have met her. I don't live too far away from Swindon!!!

If that don't scare her off nothing will.

Goodnight. It's late and I need the Z's!
