Gained 1.5lbs am back up to 16 stone But this has spurred me onto get back into the 15 stones again thsi week. I am going to be an angel

Couldn't post last night as I ended up watching the TV soap awards, yes am that sad, I know i could have jumped on the computer during the adverts, but bum was stuck firmly to the couch.

I have promised myself to lose 2lbs this week and I am going to do it

I watched soap awards was rubbish 1.5? Is that all? That's practically maintaining I'd sympathise but I just wish I was 16 stone
