Oops I'm not on the spreadsheet either. Fancying adding me too Lozz? Thank you kindly if so.

So glad that it is Friday tomorrow, even though this week has only been a 3 day working week for me it has kinda dragged. Roll on the weekend.

Been good today and did another 40 mins on my exercise bike. 40 mins of cycling 3 days on the trot

Did anyone see that TV show on PickTV at 9 tonight? 'Obese - a year to save my life' I think it was called. Really inspiring, think the woman started off at 25 stone, got down by nearly 10 stone and to top it all off, she ran a half marathon!

I shed a tear at her sheer determination hehe, very inspiring lady.

ALL RIGHT LOZZ!! I'm a major gamer, I worked in Gamestation for nearly 7 years until they went into administration and our store closed, haha! I was the BIGGEST final fantasy nutter until XIII, I hated that one, lmao. But I even have action figures of Sephiroth and Vincent Valentine. Yup. XD

But seriously!! Haven't you played Mass Effect?! If you're a sci-fi nerd AND a gamer, there's something terribly wrong if you haven't done it yet! I picked up the first one for a fiver in HMV.. one month later I'd finished the entire trilogy three times. I'm addicted. Beautiful saga, so gripping!

Default Obese...a year to save my life

I watched a few of these when they were on earlier in the year and they give you hope that if you are very overweight like I am there is hope! Of course the presence of TV cameras and a personal training Guru helps but at then end of it it is down to that person to take control. It's sooooo inspiring!!!
On a less positive note been for an asthma check and I thought I was feeling better because of weight loss and exercise turns out I am on a much higher strengthy inhaler!!!! Grrrr. Having said that weight loss and exercise best thing for asthma in the long run!!!

I'll second the need for you to get Mass Effect, Lozz. Never played it myself, but when I was in NZ last year the husband of the friend I was staying with played through the first two just so I could see, and they're awesome!

Jose - what sort of scales did the doctor have? I'm always surprised when mine weighs me, because the display's mechanical rather than digital. You'd think they'd want digital for more accurate reading. At any rate, there's often a discrepancy between one set of scales and another. But the precise weight you start at is only really important because you'll be using it to work out how much you've lost!

I never had scales at home, I'd just weigh myself whenever I was at my sister's (she's in Cornwall, so I only get down there once or twice a year). So far as I knew, I was fifteen stone, maximum. Weighed there at New Year, 18 stone 3. Eek!

I bring depressing data from the TOM front lines. Scales were down during, but jumped up afterwards - clearly Auntie Flo is a terrible houseguest and left a ton of junk behind. Yesterday was a bit of a miserable day. Morning weigh in was a few ounces over fifteen stone, which I'd really been hoping not to see again. And then my eyes just started crying of their own accord, which I'm going to blame on soddin' hormones. And then I started fretting about what if I'm stuck here, what if I'm never under fifteen stone again? Thank God the boyfriend was on hand to remind me that we have that same conversation, with different numbers, every three weeks.

Anyway, net result is I had two cheesecakes. Only small ones, 288 calories each. And I eat that little usually that even eating both didn't take me to as many calories for the day as the calculators say I need to maintain. I just hate to think that I ate because I was feeling miserable.

MissSMcC, get the bike out! We can have a race! Or just see how far we can get. I found an excellent website the other day that shows distances from one city to a variety of others, in miles and kilometres. Since starting on February 6th, I've cycled from Hull to Rome!

Gotta warn you Lozz - Mass Effect 1 is only on the 360 and PC, the PS3 has 2 and 3 though. Oh! And when you do start it, play as female commander Shepard! Her voice actor is so much better than the male, and she is so badass it's unreal. I'm totally in a girl crush on fem Shep hahaha!

Ughh, when I was 15 I swung from being in love with Seph to being in love with Vince on almost a daily basis! Have you seen Advent Children? I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you have! XD

And... watch this Mass Effect trailer RIGHT NOW. That means EVERYONE. Hahaha http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pShKKOV_gA
