Hey everyone! Thanks for the welcomes!

Been thinking, you could make a tasty fritatta out of that creature!

Also as exercise ws mentioned, me and a friend of mine decided to go tot aerobics tonight HOWEVER when we got there it was yoga! And advanced yoga at that! The woman practically laughed us out of the place - think she took a look at our figures and for some reason didnt think we were lean mean yoga godesses!

I've done the same, buy a fitness dvd and watch it twice!

Hey ladies,
Well my final blowout meal has been a nice KFC, yummy!!!! Stayed the same this week again, which I'm quiet pleased about, cause I didn't really stick to the plan....so there we go. Am going to be good from now on. Had Ryvitas with Happy cows for breakie and going to have some WW Mushroom Stroganoff for lunch. Dinner probably will be Bangers (Quorn) and Mash.

Helen, good plan about the pact. I'm up for it. Good for you in regards of the rings, it's great when stuff get's loose, I have a watch that is getting looser.

FF, oh god that is horrible, yikes....One of the reasons I don't eat lettuce...brrrrr, that makes me shiver

Bex, hope u have better luck next time, shame that it was a different class....I find it is easier to start with something low impact, aerobics is too much jumping about...and it hurts my knees....

As of this weekend everything unhealthy is banned from the house, no more sweets or crisps.....if he wants it, he can get it, but not in the house. Planning on going for some walks this weekend if the weather is ok and next week back to the boxing.....

Hi Girls, how are you?

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days, I've been having a bit of a hard time really. My self esteem is pretty low, I'm not sure why, I just feel bad about myself. I've mostly stuck to plan, had a bit of a glitch on Saturday night when we went to my father in laws house, but I'm just fed up really, trying to pull myself up and not feel sorry for myself.

We made chicken pizzas last night, using chicken breast as the base and covering it with tomato puree, onions, bacon, cheese and herbs, we served it with those large mushrooms, it was really tasty and I would recommend trying it.

I treat myself to 24 series 6 on the way to work, I didn't see it when it was on tv so I'm looking forward to watching it. I think I'll go to the gym tonight.

Hey ladies,
Helen, sorry you aren't feeling well, TOM around the corner? I was feeling like that last week, just generally a bad week.

I've been really good since my last WI. As you know I had my fresh start dinner thursday night, and for the rest of the weekend I stuck to the programme. Went walking saturday morning with my other half and then we went for a drive to the westcoast and had a walk around a lovely little village. Sunday we did our shopping, went window shopping and then had a lovely roast dinner, which was absolutely free (besides the gravy) and then for a 2 mile power walk/run around one of the lakes that are closeby.
Gotta take the cats to the vet tonight, but might either go to boxing after or take that walk around the lake again.

Really positive at the moment, quiet glad that TOM is over! Just had a baked potato with refried beans, jalapenos and cheese for lunch, very tasty!

Hi CH, so sorry to hear you've been feeling really low. It can be difficult to climb out of a downer once you get stuck in it. Good for you trying to remedy it and not self-medicating with food. It doesn't work - as we all know only too well. Hope you feel better soon hon

By the way, your chicken pizzas sound yummy - must try them!

Hi MC, I'm impressed with your "2 mile power walk/run around one of the lakes" - I'm currently taking a 30 minute power lie down on the sofa with my lap top I couldn't sleep last night and I'm soooo tired now.

WI for me tomorrow - I've been good but the scales didn't seem to have moved when I took a peek this am but I think TOM is heading in my direction - damn

Hope everyone has a good week, Love ff x

Hey CH - just realised we've lost the same amount of weight - 74lbs When did you start your diet? I started in January this year in desperate preparation for my wedding dress and photos in May!! I'm 5ft 11ins so I do not have quite as much left to lose as you but it still seems like a long road. I feel tired just thinking about it.

I know it's ridiculous to say (type) this...but I've only just realised I'm only 1 pound off having lost 3 quarters of my excess weight I wonder if I can lose 1 pound before tomorrow love ff x

Hey Ladies,
Amanda, welcome to our lovely hangout. I'm sure you will find lots of ideas. It is indeed great that you can eat so much and still lose weight....I'm loving it!

FF, Good luck with that one last pound, hope you've lost it! It's always great to reach a milestone......my next milestone is 17st....and its 3lb away. And since I've been really good this week, I hope I will be a lot closer to it by Thursday.

I've just looked at Amandas ticker.....and your starting weight is my goal weight....thats scary.....wish I was there yet......but hopefully by next year I will be.....

Didn't go work out last night. Had a crazyly busy day at work, and my other half only got home short before sunset, and we didn't want to run around in the dark. Football is on tonight, so I'll probably have to go workout on my own again.....

Right, I'm back, thanks for all the messages of support, I'm feeling much stronger now, I had a good old rant in my blog, took an extra BLT class and watched two hours of 24 lol. I feel like I can stick with this.

One thing that I've noticed is that since I've gone back on the contraceptive pill my weight has stayed the same, I wouldn't have connected it but last time I was on the pill I found it impossible to lose weight, has anyone else had a simelar problem? I'm going to give it to the end of this pack and if I've not lost anything by then I'll be taking a break from it for a while.

FF that's funny that we've lost the same, I started slimming world early this summer, but my ticker dates back a bit before that when I was counting calories I've found SW to be the best way for me to lose though.

Oh yes Man Utd is on tonight isn't it, I am fortunante that my class is at 5:30 so I can watch the footy after, that is if I'm not watching 24 lol.

We both saw the mouse last night for the first time, it ran around the back of our living room area and hid under our guitars, we chased it out (I've overcome my fears), and it ran into the kitchen eeeek!! The council poison doesn't seem to be working even though the mouse is eating loads of it. Time for a trip to B&Q tonight I think.

Welcome to the mad house Amanda.

Evening Ladies,
Football is over at last, Rangers won, yay! Other half is very happy lol. Just been bouncing about, uploading some pics etc, preparing my fritatta for tomorrow. Have a toothache from ****, but the good thing is that it is keeping me from snacking. Gotta remember to call the dentist tomorrow.

Helen, glad to hear that u are over ur bad spell, its always glad to see the ray of light. I'm feeling like a different person compared to last week. Proud of you that u overcame ur fear of the mouse. Im not scared of mice at all, but spiders scare the heck outta me. I've been on the pill constantly for a while now, doesn't really affect my loss I think. But a colleague of mine told me that she used to have an implant and when she had it taken out she ate a lot less.....

Amanda, I know what u mean about the goals....as soon as I set myself my xmas goal I gained 2lb. A wee warning about smoothies, my coach told me that they are not free! If you only have one a week or so it should be fine, but since it is liquidised fruit the body doesnt see it as food, so it's syns. So be careful there. Regarding the SW chips...YES they are free, and absolutely great. I tend to be a bit lazy so I just use WW chips, and they are 2 1/2 syns for 1/4 pack.....

Well, I'm off to bed. Until tomorrow xxx

Thanks MC, I am feeling a lot better in myself, although now I have a killer sore throat and a sniffly nose. I went to aerobics last night and had a good workout, I felt a bit asthmatic while I was doing it, (although I've not had asthma for a few years), and then when I was done working out I got all shivery and my throat hurt, I'm guessing the breathing was because of my body fighting something off. I'm determind not to go down ill, I just got back into my exercise after holiday lol. We're out for a meal tonight with my parents to celebrate my mums birthday, I'm going to try to stick to a red day. The mouse hasn't fed on any of the poison for a couple of days I'm hoping that's the last we've seen of it, but I suspect it won't be, we've gone for a week before without seeing it. I'm not scared of spiders but last night a massive one ran across our living room and made me jump hehe, our house seems to attract spiders lol.

How you finding SW Amanda? I found after a couple of weeks of the programme I got into it and I now know pretty much how much my food costs syn-wise. I still record everything I eat though, it prevents me eating extra by accident lol.

MC I was pretty pleased at the footy score too hehe, but for a different team Man Utd I hope your toothache is feeling better, its a horrible thing isn't it.

Whenever I've set myself a goal to lose weight in a certain amount of time I've failed, mostly because of my own fault hehe. My weight goal is for April next year, but other than that I set myself little targets, like to stay on plan, to exercise, and to only eat off plan if I'm out for a meal or at a party etc. My other goal is to drink less at the weekend, and I'm not doing too badly at that. Oh and to cut down on chocolate, I've managed that, and I have an occasional (once a month) Crunchie 9 syns within my syn allowance.

Well, got my dentist appointment today, so that should be sorted out...thank god! Going home soon and then take the train into town. Glad I'm under anestetic, then I won't be tempted by all the goodies in central station....hmmmm, maybe I should take the car in after all lol......

Right, I'm going to print off some of the recipies in your blog, that toffee ice cream sounds yummy!!

I hope the dentist goes well, my hubby has been having his root canal worked on recently.

I've been updating my blog a lot recently, I find it really helps to rant my way through the week lol. It also gives me time to look back on the good times and the fun weekends.
