Well done Helen!!!!! Always great if you haven't really paid attention to the plan and still lost. Don't know how my WI is going to go tonight, probably haven't lost much, if any at all....have been good this week, but also had my naughty moments.....
Yeh, Mel hasn't been online in ages....hope she is doing well....

Well, haven't lost anything, but haven't gained either, so I'm quiet pleased with that. \didn't work out this week at all, but will get back to it once I can breath again lol.

I'm glad you haven't put any on, that's great. You'll start losing again soon. I still haven't got back into exercise yet.

What are you up to this weekend? I'm going to spend the weekend curling up on my new sofa and watching movies. My parents are coming over tonight and after eating we're all going ten pin bowling.

So, you feeling any better?

Yeh, feeling much better, still coughing, but at least I'm not all woozy anymore. Not up to much this weekend, might treat myself and get my hair cut. Mr. B. is on call this weekend, so we can't really go very far. Probably going to watch football on saturday afternoon. Rest of the weekend just stay in and cure that cold. The new SW magazine is out, so I will read it during lunch today and get some new ideas for next weeks plan. Going to be good, and go back to working out, so I should be ok next week again. Going to Germany next weekend....will definetely try to stick to the plan....but then there is my mums cooking....hmmmmmmm

I love the Slimming World mag, I'll have to get a copy over the weekend. I'm always determined to try the recipies but never get round to it lol. I liked last months with the free fridge magnets. Glad you're feeling better, you'll be fine soon and then we'll both be back to exercising.

What part of Germany are your family from? I've never been there although I've always fancied it.

Hello people, hop you are well, welldone maintaing when u have been poory moonchild. Dunno if you have this weeks password it is lentil. I have my weigh in on mnday dreading it been really good this week havent had anything naughty at all. Itll be just my luck I stay the same! I have had trouble going for sorry bout this poo this wek. Decided to cut down bran flakes and banana see if it is that.

Morning all, hope you had a nice weekend. Mine was ok, didn't do to much, but did a lot of snacking here and there. TOM is on its way, so I guess that was the reason (excuses excuses). But going back to boxing today, and definetely will do so the whole week, so hopefully that will level it out again. Got my foodplan for the rest of the week, very low on syns, just have to stay away from the naughty stuff lol. It's just that hour from when I get home until Mr. B gets there, I am so tempted by everything, and even if I have 'good' snacks, I chose the bad...grrrrrrr.

Helen I come from Mainz, which is close to Frankfurt. Are you back to excersising this week?

I'm glad you're feeling better, I am also ok now. I'm a bit annoyed with the exercise as I have a really busy week with meetings for work and I am not going to be back from them in time to get to my classes. I'm planning on a class on Wednesday though. I've had a messy weekend with food, I've not really been hungry and then have eaten unhealthily because it's basically been what I fancy. I'm now kicking myself and am really annoyed with myself. Rant over hehe!

I know what you mean about snacking, I'm terrible if I'm in the house on my own, I find that it's good to keep busy, take a shower, clean up etc to keep my mind off the food.

Weekend was ok until yesterday when I had to spend half the day with my hubbys friend and his wife, and the wife and I really don't get on. It's a long story, but basically I came home totally wound up and ready to have a big arguement with the next person to annoy me hehe.

Our sofa arrived on Friday, lovely chocolate brown 3 seater and 2 seater recliner, we got up on Saturday and lit the fire and snuggled up in front of it. It was really nice.

Frankfurt sounds lovely, my parents have been out there and really enjoyed it. Maybe sometime I should visit there

Hey Amanda, well it sometimes happens. Stuck to it to the T one week and didn't lose and then had naughty food the next week and lost. All depends on your body. Maybe just water....TOM arriving soon?

Haven't had a great week so far. Just keep snacking, even knowing that it's bad. had some healthy snacks, but wasnt satisfied enough, so I had some nauthies....grrrrrrrr

I've been the same, the snacks have been too easy to get my hands on and I've been eating to keep me warm (or that's the excuse I use). I've been really cold recently.

I can get to the gym tomorrow, so I'm pretty pleased about that. I want to get back on track. I'd really like to be below 15st very soon.

Where has my willpower gone?

I know Helen, I think your willpower has gone for a drink with mine....the b*stards!!!
I'm on TOM, but not feeling too bad, just having mad sugar cravings...it's horrible...I actually hit rockbottom on monday....I had an interview and afterwards just did not have the willpower to pass by McD's. Felt so queezy when I got home that I seriously considered to make myself sick. It's so pathetic....I thought after that I would have learned my lesson, however the only thing I can think off right now is that nice mincepie thats in the fridge....What is wrong with meeeeee????

I'm in shock, I lost a pound. I don't know how but it's gone lol. I'm getting my hair cut tonight, it's been getting a bit un-tamed and so it's not looking great when i straighten it.

Gotta go, lots of work to do. Good look on the weigh in.

Hoping our will power comes back from the pub soon

Well done Helen...good for you!!!!

I just blew my WI tonight....the sandwich lady came and I got myself a eggmayo and onion on white bread...and now I am having a potato with chilli....I feel like a bottomless pit at the moment, I just don't know whats wrong with me....Its 8 weeks till xmas and I have lost 2 lb since I started my minigoal...its pathetic....and this weekend I'm in Germany. I don't think I should even bother going to the meeting tonight...whats the point...grrrrrr....sorry about all the ranting, really need to get my act together....

I gave myself the exact same talking to and am now back on plan (well so far) today. I've been really good, (yes I was shocked too lol). I know you can get back on plan, you've done so well so far, I know you can keep it up. I think the cold and obviously stress have a big influence on diet and I'm sure after we've got used to this new cold weather we'll feel much better.

Hope your weigh in goes well. I was at my friends house yesterday and she gave me a hifi bar to try, because I'm on the online only programme I don't get those things, does anyone know where else I can buy them?
