I just thought I'd check in and let you know that I'm still alive.
It's book return time for mod I classes (half semester classes) and I was returning books to the shelves and kept having to hike up my pants.

It's a good feeling when your pants start to fall off.
I'm officially back on the wagon! I've been eating frequent meals and trying to include more protein into my diet. The difference is amazing! My energy levels have gone up, and the scale seems to be moving too.
Yesterday I did my weight training circuit at the school's fitness center. In addition to lifting I walked 1.5 miles. 3.0mph is a nice comfortable pace for me, but I vary my incline and when I walk on the treadmill at home I do jog for short intervals as well. (I don't want the boobage to bounce in front of the kiddlings at school, so I only jog at home.)
I woke up so tired this am and thought that I'd overdone it yesterday b/c I came home and walked on the treadmill even though I worked out at the fitness center yesterday. I was extremely stressed and walking really makes me feel better. Well I didn't overdue it I got my friendly visitor.

There goes any extra curriculur activities for a few days.
Well I feel like I'm writing a book here. I just wanted to let you all know what's going on.
