WOW....Petra....that is great!! A new car! I am always so clued out to the actual mechanics of a car, I'm ALWAYS looking in my manual to see what things mean. Sounds like a good idea to me to have you're mechanic check under the hood.

Just got back from the gym today. I really didn't want to go but had nothing else to do.....so I forced myself. I think tommorow I'll just take a nice rest day!! Maybe do some scrapbooking, since I'm behind from Halloween anyways. Any ideas for dinner? Dh just got home last night(late) so I think I'll make his fave,....shepherds pie. Not great for me since its loaded with carbs but he needs a good home cooked meal; so I think, I'll have a lean cuisine or some nice soup.

Dee I put all my foods into fitday custom. It takes a while to put it in but once you have all your regular stuff it's easy.

Gwena good to see you again! It sounds like you're really stressed. Just try to take some time for yourself to exercise and try to eat as healthy as you can. Don't get overwhelmed just do what you can!

Petra sounds like you're really busy too! Congrats on the new car! I know the egg counting thing is a hassle but if it's helping you try and keep it up!

Hey Girls

nasty stormy wet here lol. Seems everytime I got into the great outdoors, the sky opened up lol. rain, hail, thunder, lightning.... I love it!!!!!!

Petra~ sweeeeeeet about the new vehicle. It's never a good time but it sure is a good feeling to have reliable transportation!

Val~ thanks for the tips... I'm taking them to heart.

Gwena~ Stick with it gf... whatever you can do! The thing I love about our lil group here, is we stick it out together. I mean, look how many times I've felt like doggin it all and someone here always helps pick me up- and to realize I CAN do this!!! You have us to lean on. (and Angel to kick your bootie hehehe...

wow...page 2, we're falling behind girls!!!

How is everyone doing? Happy TGIF!!! woohooo, just LOVE the weekends. I got some great news this week, ds (12 yo) got accepted into a summer scholars program at a nearby University!!! He is thrilled as we had to almost jump hoops to qualify..... submit the forms, get a teacher reccomendation, write the essay application,take the 4 hr admissions test...BLAH BLAH BLAH....and HE GOT IN!!! hehe....he took the test with all these high schoolers, and their faces were ashen white (as in shell shock) and he almost skipped in, so carefree. Boy was it funny!!!

Hope everyone is staying OP and counting those eggs!!

ehhh doing anything? me ive been bit by the lazy bug... just change my name to "lazy locks" I could be at work making some much needed overtime money... However i just feel like i look at one more medical claim i will barf !

umm my house looks like a small hurricane went thru it.. i was thinking about some breakfast.. and said humm if i make breakfast I will have to wash dishes...

Now I ask u is that the height of laziness??? rather not eat then wash dishes? but vanity won out... cuz i figure i am losing slow cuz i havent been eating proper breakfasts.. just protein shakes..

so i got the wheat flour out and made whole wheat pancakes with blueberries in them.... Maybe its just "winter blues" but i hope this passes .. I am much to hyper to be a slug!

i think i need to get out and walk maybe that will charge my batteries!

I hopped on the treadmill and walked for 45 minutes. I bought a cd last week and the first half of it is all dance music and just about the time I hit my coll down phase the songs get slower. Awww yeah!

Curly - get that walk in. It will do wonders for you.

I forgot to post my eggs yesterday, well I didn't actually forget....I fell asleep TWICE while watching tv!!! so I just went to bed.

Had a great morning so far, and I've already had my workout. I went to the gym early to run before a sculpting class. Petra....the teacher said, we'd be working on high reps and to grab our heavy weights. After 25 reps....I thought..."hmmm Petra really hurt herself" and I switched down to the lower weight. GOOD THING....we did 50 reps!!!! HOLY COW!!! I would have sprained myself terribly!!!! These instructors have to really watch what they say. Thats it, thats all I have. Have a great day everyone!!!

Hi Everyone!

It's been quiet here today. I hope everyone is out having a nice weekend. I've been good today although I didn't go to lift weights at work out world which I usually do on Saturdays. I feel like I'm halfway sick and just taking it easy. We had our night out dinner today and went for yummy Thai.

Gwena good job working out! I wish I had a treadmill at home. I walked outside today and it was a bit chilly!

Curly congrats on the pound lost!!
