Hi everyone!!...TOP O' THE MORNING TO YOU!!! Happy St. Patricks day to you.

Anyone cooking corned beef and cabbage today? Wish I could....dh and boys refuse to eat it. yum yum I say....hehe.

Petra.....That is a lousy thing for him to do. I hate being taken advantage of, esp. when you are doing more than your share!! HOpe your collegue bounces back from the surgery FAST!!

Curly.....haha...huh? what the heck DID I eat?....yup was a typo all right. Days intake was 1427 and that was with a great toasted bacon sandwich. mmm

Charlie.....I meant to ask you, if you have all the points books, etc for starting ww's? Are you going to the meetings or online? I'm excited for you....when do you start?

Iwmonn.....WHAASSUUP? How is your HRM doing? Have you noticed the difference in the readouts yet? Hope you're doing well OP

WEathers back to a colder temp now, it was nice while it lasted!! Back to jackets and pants....blech! Yesterday we took the boys to mini put and youngest ds, (who is all about the game...) loved it!! He was trying to get the highest number of shots per hole!! haha....We tried to keep it in 'actual' shots and not the teeny tiny shots he tried to make, but asked where his 13 strokes were on the card. He doesn't get it yet, but it sure was fun!!!

Hi Everyone! My internet is still out! *ugh* I just waited a 1/2 hour at the library to get on one of theirs! I'm hanging in there though. I'm trying to journal what I can and guess at the calories. I really do miss fitday but I'm not going to sit at the computer at the library to put everything I eat in!

Happy St. Pats day everyone!

Hopefully I'll be back online by tomorrow and I'll update all my eggs

I'm just floating in to say hello. I'm still stuck, but I'm trying to up my calories. We're grilling out tonight and I have some hawaiian chicken boobs that we're cooking among other things. I hope everyone is having a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!

Good morning everyone. I'm not feeling too good today. I took the dogs to the dog park yesterday which was fun. They both play nicely with other dogs although Buddy (the golden) goes around and makes sure all of the humans have an opportunity to pet him, or better yet, rub his belly. He's almost embarrasing. When I got up to let Kobe out last night I kept feeling like I was going to pass out. In fact I had to lay down on the sofa for a while before coming back up to bed and I haven't felt right all day. I'm still in my jammies. Hopefully just a little virus.

Petra - I hope you feel better soon.

Your Buddy sounds like my Zeus. He just loves attention from anyone. If they show interest in him he lets them see his underbelly.

Hey PIC'S... Morning!!!

I didn't get a chance to post me eggs yesterday, so here they are.....I dared to open a box of those GS samoa's....GGRRRRR.

post daily total: 1 eggs
water goal: 10 eggs
excercise: 10 eggs
meet carb limit: 0 eggs
tracking calories: 10 eggs (1991 cal. a rather super high day.... )
daily total: 31 eggs
challenge total:1742

Charlie....I don't think ww's has a rule about 6 mini meals, but as long as you are eating healthy and getting all your points in, its all good. I know they usually go for the 3 meals, and 2 healthy snacks but whatever works. Be sure and check for your fruits/veggie numbers and dairy servings. I'm so glad that you've started already and didn't wait for a magical day to start!!!

Petra.....I hope you are feeling better. Might be a nice day to watch some old movies in your jammies kind a day!!

Charlie....what have you had to eat so far? You might be needing to "up" your protein amount. And of course.....you are drinking lots of water right?

Charlie-If you go to meeting they will tell you you have to decide for yourself if you are a grazer or a person who just eats 3 squares a day. It doesn't matter as long as you stay within the guidelines of your program. I assume you are doing points from whay you have said. In general protein and fiber tend to make you feel fuller so try to eat things that contain those like peanutbutter on high fiber crackers or cheese with an apple. It will stick with you better. Popcorn is another great WW snack because you can eat a ton of it for just a few points.
