Well something must be working cuz I am down another 1lb! Weighed in at 166lbs this morning. 2 more to meet my initial goal and then I can work on getting to 158!

Happy monday and Jiggle I hope and pray your mother makes it through.

I wi at 225.2 I had a rough weekend I am going to do better this week. Had a lot going on lastweek between going to my daughters games and things like that.

I'm still here and my mom is much better. They gave her something and it's working. She's ready to go home...so am I. I will be leaving out to see her Thursday. My eating has been good and I'm working out to maintain some stability.

Good to see everyone on task and making it happen during the holiday.

SLIM - Congrats!!!! Do you have a reward for yourself for making goal? I very happy for you!

I'm getting packed for the long drive to IL and will probably not be able to check in much because I will be spending as much time with my mom as possible. Not sure of all the details but she's not home yet. If I don't get to check in by Christmas, you ladies enjoy your day time with loved ones and lets get ready for a great year.

been on plan all week..its TOM too. i plan to indulge on christmas but not overdo it to the point in sick.i will not officially weigh in until the 1st of jan!
