  • yesterday went great..ended off at 1100 cal and workout done..today will be even better..about to workout now; prepping a healthy dinner for later..shooting for a perfect 1200 today
  • I had a great day yesterday. I ended the day at 1200 calories and got the 30ds done before work. I was a little lazy this morning because I woke up and saw ice on the road but still had to come to work. Anywho I expect today to end well. I will get my workout done this evening.

    We are having out staff Christmas party today and I don't anticipate going over calories because I'm on the committee and don't have a lot of time to eat. As well as I'm feeling pretty controlled. I'll be checking in later.

    I am down to 167 today - so close! Going to shoot for 158lbs which means I have 9 more to go. When I get there, I will have lost a total of 40lbs!!
  • Hello ladies! Ive been running around crazy. I havent worked out but as far as diet is concerned ive been doing great. I wi at 222.6 today I also want to weigh myself on another scale because I feel weird about shedding lbs so fast this week and I havent worked out. Granted Ive been running wild drinking lots of water but I want to be sure lol If this is true then I am 3lbs away from my DEC goal!!!!!


    UPDATE: My reading must be very well true, I wi at work using another scale and bam yup Im 222-223!!!!! Thank you mammmmm lol
  • Another day a another chance. I was great yesterday until a drank a glass of wine and ended up eating four homeade chocolate chip cookies my sister had baked for me. This morning I tossed the rest of them in the trash.

    The reason the scale is responding positively is because you have been doing great with the diet. Remember weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise.

  • congrats matilda..that inspired me to stay on plan for the rest of these days in december so i too can see a lower reading

    as far as me..i did great yesterday too..i ate around 1200cal and did my workout..im now starting to incorporate an ab routine into my workouts now justtttt to see if it will help..i actually work up this morning and my stomach looked a bit flatter n defined..could be my illusion though!

    going to go do the 30 day shred level 3 now..

  • Good morning ladies. I ended yesterday very well. I went over a little because I had two glasses of wine at the party I ended the day at 1220 calories but that's cool with me though. I didn't workout last night but I got it done this morning. I gotta get ready for work but I'm feeling good. Nothing else going on party wise so no temptations to eat excessivly easily. Just another few days until I get to my parent's house. I will be taking my 30 Day Shred so I can stay on task. I'm really hoping I have a good report for the new year.

    The suit I've been working to get in for Christmas I got in yesterday morning but it was too tight. I can't go out in it but I acn get into it. I'm hoping it fits better by Christmas so I can wear it. It's a size 12 and I'm going to keep my food in check so I can get the weight off.

    Matilda - I was thinking that same thing. The biggest parr of losing is what you eat. The workout is the gravy. Congrats you keep going like that and you'll be below the 2teens by the new year.
    Slim - Congrats on the progress. You can make the 9 pounds by the new year.
    Brit - You are doing a fabulous job!!!

  • Congrats to everyone for doing so well lately! I wi at 222 (going to start leaving out the ounces Lol) hoping to hit the two teens next week pray for me weekends are so much harder for me.
  • yesterday went great..cals were >1200. i had subway for dinner which was yummy..i got one of the low fat sandwiches on wheat bread. i only ate half of it and will be eating the other half tonight.i can live off those things! i was running around all day and didnt really eat..usually those times i would come home and binge on food but i actually took my time to sit down and eat and not overeat...progress!

    well today i stepped on the scale just cause and im at 153 even.2 weeks until new years..maybe i can loose 4lbs by then?

    off to workout..
  • ok so i weighed in this morning and wow it dropped down to 150.0..3lbs in one day? i really hope the scale wasn't playing with me.i mean i have been on my P's and Q's but geez thats a blessing!
  • Yesterday was a hard day for me but I made it. I ate on plan but it was a lot going on. I'm on task today and will not be deterred.

    Ladies please pray for my mom, she had a stroke yesterday, she's doing better but it's hard on me being so far away and can't leave until Thursday. I've been holding it together pretty well but I have my moments.
