Good Day Ladies!! Looks like everyone is making progress. I've been doing well eating and workout wise. Yesterday was a pretty awesome on plan day. Today is going well so far. Looking forward to a good week.

been doin really good..all my water weight is dissapearing..went from 159 on monday to 152 today..lets see what tomorrow morning brings..sunday will be my last day of weighing in daily..after that i will either be every friday or feb 1st

Good day ladies!!
I'm having a great week. Ended my day at 1240 calories and got in a great workout on the eliptical. Today I'm task for the same thing. I will be going to the gym at lunch for my eliptical and maybe a little time on the treadmill this evening.

It's the first week and we are going to make it happen the rest of the month and throughout the year.

Morning Ladies!
I am tracking and staying on my eating plan so far this year but I haven't gotten back to the gym which I know I need to do- I have found a million things I need to do instead of working out. I am currently trying to be as health conscious as possible but I really really hate to sweat!

jiggle, YAY!! Congrats on a perfect food and exercise day!

Jiggle- Congrats on being on target. I used to have 1200-1300 call days but since I kind of started on the whim this round, I haven’t grocery shopped and made a plan. Which I WILL do next week!

Sal- Glad your eating on track, Im sure you will find time for the gym, I know this new year has everyone busy, HECK life is busy!

Matilda- WHOOO HOOO on your wi!

Im doing good so far, gym everyday this week except monday! Ive had a lot of time this week. I been weighing daily for motivation but eventually that will stop. My official wi is Monday! I think i will be proud! Im ready for a great weekend!

so my "holiday" weight is just about gone..yippee

im posting now because right now im fighting real hard not to go in the kitchen and eat up some cereal and cookies lol..im drinking a cup of coffee w/sweet n low instead. i have been kinda low in cals(less than 1200) for the past 2 days or so,so tomorrow i will make it a bit higher..at least 1300 cal.plus im working out daily and started lifting weights..im sure i can up my cal intake for a day or 2.

so glad i didnt give into temptation last night..woke up and weighed in at 149.2! didnt think id get back into the 140's until next month. im feeling really blissful and motivated today just because of that..only 4lbs until goal..then another 5lbs for comfort

Lisa - Thanks I've been working really hard to stay on point.
Brit - Your arms are looking great.
Sal - Hope you have gotten to the gym by now.

Still having good days and staying in my calorie range. I've been cleaning and moving furniture today. We took down the tree and other decorations. I want order in my house so the garage is next. I won't be checking my progress until the 15th. My goal is to stay on plan and be disciplined about my workouts. Hopefully after I finish the house I wont' be too tired to get on the treadmill.

I got off the holiday weight and have lost antoerh three pounds!!! Not posting my weight just pounds lost. I only weighed today because I was curious. I will not weigh again until MLK Birthday.

well this weekend was a no go..slipped up! i do feel bad about it because it was done out of boredom but hey, cant dwell on the past..i will make a vow to myself that those are gonna be the first and last days i slip up this month.. here's to a fresh new week to stay on track the rest of the month!

Brit- I slipped up as well one of my linesisters came into town and we went to Cheddars two nights in a row, The first night I only had chips and salsa ,which isnt terrible. The second night not so well... I havent gained anything....but we will fix this!

Jiggle- Yay!! on losing the Holiday weight!'


Ok I have my official WI in tomorrow. Although I had a not so good weekend, I havent gained anything but I could have lost some extra lbs. BUUUTTT hey, Im not gonna dewell on that. I'm hoping for 227.4 or lower in the morning. I WILL be going to the ABS & Cardio class tomorrow!

Happy Monday ladies!
Last week was horible for me I dont know why but ive been eating everything thing in site and I have to get back on plan. Today starts a new start for me. I wi at 230 so Ive gained like 8lbs in the past few days of course its probably off by a few lbs give or take but you get my point.

Good morning ladies. had a great on plan weekend. I'm off today because of the sleet, snow and GA's inability to manage the roads. A huge plus for me!!! A free Monday off!!! I will be treadmilling today.
Matilda - I know you can do this so keep checking in and you will hit your stride.
Brit - All is not lost!!! You will be back in your zone today.

Happy Monday Ladies!

So I finally made it to Ye Olde Gym and worked out for a couple hours with my BF. We lifted and then played Basketball for a while. The downfall ofcourse is that after all that activity he was starved so we ended up eating a pretty tragic breakfast at Denny's. No amount of activity can combat a meatlovers omelette meal *sigh*. Today I am back to my eating plan and hope to hit the gym alone for 30 on the treadmill and 20 on the eliptical.

Matilda: The holiday season can be brutal. And sometimes it takes most of January to get back on track.
