It's me again. I didn't get to the gym for lunch because they closed before my lunch break. So I will try to get something in before we leave tonight...maybe. I got collards to pick and cook before we leave because I want to have some when I get home.

Matilda - Congrats!!! Have a great Thanksgiving Day. You are absolutely right it's only one day and one meal. Since we will be driving through the night I will probably sleep through most of the day so I won't be eating so much.
Slim - I will probably be checking in tomorrow late but as part of my accountability I will be here no matter how I eat. I will be having a glass of wine with my sisters though.

I'm a day late a calories on point!! No excessive eating!! No exercise yet but there's hope! I doing fairly well! I had a great time with my sisters too.

My MIL told I looked great, wasn't expecting that one!!!

i've still been working out, got my binging under control now(but still been craving sweets at night..grr!) i ate carelessly on thankgiving and the day after but yesterday i was within calorie range..did so much shopping this past weekend and im still fitting mediums and larges so thats good lol..time to stop playing and go hard now!

I'm not sure what I did. I forgot my scale so I was not measuring anything. I know for sure I had way too much salt. We got back last night at 8 and I've been drinking water all morning and I'm up to 64 oz already. I have about fifty more I plan to drink before I leave work today. I didn't exercise outside of shopping all day on Saturday. So I got up this morning and got 30min on the treadmill and will be going to the gym for lunch today. I will be staying close to 12-1300 calories today. Mostly veggies and protein.

Be back to check in to log everything this evening.

WI at 228.0 today but Im not complaining I havent worked out since tuesday so 3lbs is good if you ask me. But im back on the roll this week. Ill get below 225 I know I will. I hope you all had a fab holiday!

daily check in: calorie range was in check, workout done..

my goal is to workout or get in some kind of form of exercise everyday for the rest of this year with maybe the exception of christmas eve & christmas.

Brit - You looking good girl!!!

My check in: Got two intense 30 minutes workouts in and burned a about 900+ calories. I was on track for eating 1250 calories yesterday but after that second workout I was STARVING all afternoon so I ate 1500 calories by the end of the day, most of which were veggies and protein. Drank 144 oz of water, flushing out my system from the salt overload.

I got up and worked out this morning for 30 minutes and will be going to the gym for lunch. I've already had my first 64 ounces of water this morning and will be trying to get in a total of 144 by the end of the day. I'm feeling pretty good. I will also be getting in some form of workout everyday except Christmas Day. I will be at my parent's home and they have a treadmill so I can get my workouts done. Will update this evening before I go to bed or tomorrow morning on how my day ended.

After taking kickboxing lastnight and eating on plan the scale showed 225.2 today Im HAPPY!!!!

Brit look at those legs girlie!!!!

Hi Ladies! I'm back from vacationing with the family and hoped on the scale at my WW meeting this afternoon. I am 155.8 which is definitely awesome for a weigh-in after a weekend with the family. I lost track of my points over the holidays but I am back on track today and ready to lose 3.8lbs across the next four weeks!

Matilda, Congrats on the 225.2!

didnt do good today n that was cause i let myself go hungry all day..no workout but i was walking around all day today

Sal - That is awesome especially after the holidays and family vacationing!!

I have decided that all the working out has definitely boosted my metabolism and I'm not going to overdo it in the eating area. I didn't get on the treadmill this morning because I didn't have my clothes together for work. I will be going at lunch to get on the eliptical and will workout again this evening when I get home. I was around 1900 calories at the end of the day yesterday. I ended the day at 114 ounces of water because I didn't drink any last night. I will be on it again today. I've had 64 ounces so far and I will have to get in at least 64 more before bedtime. I'm really hoping to be happy when I step on the scale on New Year's Day. The gym at work closes on the 17th so I will have to beg the lady that is the admin over there to let me come until the 22 when the school closes. Then it will be off to Mama's house I go. I have to set my mind to be in workout mode especially after that long of a drive.

Another cool thing...for the first time EVER I can wear my husband's shirt. I was so excited. I'm looking forward to taking pictures this year.

I had a setback last night. I stayed up way past my bedtime and started eating almonds and semi sweet chocolate chips. It wouldn't have been too much damage if I hadn't eaten more than one serving. I think I have about 4 servings. So back on the grind today. I will be working out at lunch and after work. I'm not happy with my eating for yesterday and I've only had 32 ounces of water today. Oh and my husband cooked dinner and it was way too salty after I flushed all the salt from Thanksgiving out of my system. So now I have to start over...UUUUGGGGHHH!!

Here's to a better day today.

eh jiggle, new day, new start! im sure one day doesnt mess up all your progress


yesterday i did good..was probabbly udner 1200 cal..but i wasnt starving myself

today im already around 1200 cal or so...so im gonna workout later and sustain from eating anymore today but if i get literally hungry, i'll have an apple,carrots or piece of toast..something that's less than 100 calories
