Yesterday was a good day. I ended in my calorie range but I didn't workout because my body hadn't recouped from TOM the Terrible. Well I'm back to myself and ready to get my workout on!!! Expecting today to be a sweet success!

Good day ladies! Hope all is well its a busy time for everyone but we gotta keep our thread alive.

I wi at 223.4 today soooo Im thinking a new low is coming my way. NEed to stay op. oooo and for the past few weeks Ive been meaning to say I hit a huge nsv and I am able to wear a size 18 at old navy. This is huge for me because compared to lane bryant old navy pants are made smaller and on top of that I have room in my size 18 pants. Im getting so close to 199 it seems so unreal. YOu guys dont understand I havent weighed 1 something in 11 years. Onederland is my most important goal cant wait to make it there. I also cant wait to get into a size 16 Im pair shaped so it takes a while for me to go through pant sizes

Good Morning Ladies. My weekend went pretty well except I didn't workout for all the running around we did. I went back to what worked when I first started. 30 Day Shred. I did it this morning for first time since May. All the walking on the treadmill and eliptical did nothing for me in regards to being all advanced with 30DS. It was like I'd never done it before. So I will be doing that all week to see what my measurements say.

Have a great day!!

Hello mytime2Bsuccessful five at a time sounds like a great plan and starting before the holiday feast is always much smarter than starting after!

Matilda a 2lb gain in a weekend is probably just fluid and something heavy still sittingi n your stomach. I had the opposite this weekend. I ate like crazy and did a lot of drinking so I was so dehydrated that my weight dipped 4lbs over the weekend. I figure it'll spring back up.

jiggle, how do you like the 30 day shred? I was thinking of getting it for myself for Christmas. I also truly believe that holiday shopping is a workout. I was in the mall for three hours Saturday and I felt like i'd run 3miles of the treadmill.

Happy Monday to everyone and Good Luck this week!

yea i totally over did it this weekend..ive actually been getting on the scale and noticed my eating habits including my binges and excersize, i've been maintaining about 153-156ish which actually isnt bad at all lol.lately ive just been eating 1200-1300 cal throughout the week and way higher on weekends. i have a feeling this pattern may continue until after the holidays..then ima kick it into FULL gear..but ima try to stay on plan..i wanna be at or close to goal before i start back school on jan 10th

Yesterday was a great on plan day. I did some cardio and strength training on my lunch break. Closed the day out at 1189 calories. YAY ME. My daughter was up all night with a fever so I slept too long this morning to get my 30 day shred done. I will do it when I get off today and I will be going to workout at lunch. I'm a little short on calories today so I have to figure a way to get them in without including junk. That's going to be my main goal today. I'm very sore today from shredding though.
Sal - I love 30 Day Shred. I used to do it when I first started my journey in Jan 2010 and got some awesome results. So I figured I would add it back in to my routine to see what results I get.

I'll get up with you all later. Gotta do something that resembles work.

Hi Ladies, it's Tuesday so I went to weight watchers with a little trepidation because I'd had a holiday partying weekend. Oddly enough I was down so am a svelte (in my opinion) 151.8lbs which again has me wondering about how I plan to transition to maintenance in the New Year. 147.5 or Bust!!

Jiggle, I think I'll definitely be buying the 30 day shred I need to decrease the wiggly bits and pieces.

Matilda, stick with it! You are fitting into smaller sizes so even if the scale isn't showing it you are definitely shrinking.

Brit & Sunny, goodluck with the renewed dedication!

Just checking in ladies. You all seem to be doing well. I am still here fighting the fight - trying to get to my goal of 164 and my vanity goal of 158lbs. Not giving up!!!
