    I've had an ok day. No over eating and deciding if I'm going to workout. The treadmill is calling my name. My husband is getting ready to go hang out with one of our nephews so I gotta cut his hair and we've been running around all day looking for another car. At this point I'm just tired. If I don't work out today I will for sure do it tomorrow.
  • ive been doing terrible since tuesday..had plates of french fries and a box of pizza the other day.. i have been paying for it because i've been feeling sluggish,heavy,bloated and my body has developed a reaction to too much sodium by swelling up something serious today( i even went to the hospital to get it checked out). today im cleansing myself out with alot of water and may do some yoga later.although i have been eating like a pig, i have been working out daily. tomorrow starts a new fresh week and i refuse to make it a bad one

    Hey everyone!

    I decided Jenny Craig was too expensive and I decided to try Weight Watchers again so I started that two weeks ago. My first WI last Monday I was down 8lbs and I weigh in again tomorrow. I'm hoping to be down at least 2 pounds. For an even ten.

    I love the new points plus program it makes the food part of this weight loss mindless. I just pay attention to what i'm putting in my mouth and pay attention to portions. They make it very easy to eat more fruits and veggies. I think I will be successful longterm with the new WW.
    Funny thing is I lost 30 lbs on WW in 2007 and i like this program much better than the original points program

    I have not begun to exercise yet but my goal is to get to the gym at least 3x this week. I work in sales and was trying to make my 6 month quota this week so I worked literally around the clock. I am pretty sure I made it so I can try to get this exercise going. I have the money for a personal trainer but i do not have the time right now so i have to do this myself. I think i can do it though exercise has always been my passion. i will figure out ways to challenge myself

    my plan for the week is to stay within my points and exercise 3x or more. Try not to use activity or weekly additional points.

    have a good week ladies & be careful if youre supposed to get some bad weather like we are around here

  • Hey everyone. Still waiting on TOM to leave. I'm feeling swollen today and I don't like it. I went to the gym and burned 1250 calories. I gotta get it done.

    Brit - I did weigh in this morning and was VERY disappointed. So I will be really hitting it hard to get to my V-Day Goal.

    It's probably water weight from TOM. Weigh again when it is over to see what your true weight is. I gain up to 4lbs during TOM.

    Just ate a lean cuisine today for lunch. Thus far I am on track with my eating. Im thinking of doing Diets to Go for like 5 weeks to jump start things.. We shall see.
    I need to try to get a workout in.

    Anyway...I hope everyone is having a great day!

  • Good afternoon ladies! Ive been struggling to get out of the 220s but I wi at 224.8 today and I am very confident that this month I will get into the 2teens! Ive been OP diet and fitness.

  • went shopping for the month..planning to stay ON PLAN this month
  • Long time no type ladies- so upon hitting my goal i immediately dove back into my favorite fast food breakfasts which includes anything on a biscuit and deep fried potato rounds. As you can imagine I immediately found myself 0.8lbs heavier at weigh-in this week. I need to drop that extra pound and stay on maintenance throughout February. Wish me luck!

    I wi at 222.4 today and I also ran 20mins straight at 3mph im sooo proud to say that i never thought I would be able to do that!
  • What website can i go to so that I can create a before and after shot ( or several if need be) side by side? As you can see by my profile pic I found it lol today 4/4 I hit a new low 221.8

    Sal - You can do it. Sometimes water will get you that last pound as long as you don't keep eating your favorite breakfast.

    So I'm doing relatively well considering all that's going on in my life. I keep working out but my eating is not as good as it needs to be. I won't be checking my weight until Valentine's Day so I'm gonna have to get it together.
