Hey Ladies,
It's a new day for me and I'm looking forward to doing everything I gotta do to lose weight. The weekend was pretty good and I'm going to have a great week this week. I will be aiming to loose at least two pounds this week. So I'm going to have to check in everyday and let you all know what my eating is like as well as my working out. I do know that 90% of it will be eating though. So I bought groceries to assist me in getting to my goal.

Brit - You are doing it!! Congrats but I'm sure you are at goal now. I'm looking forward to getting to goal and you are a great inspiration of staying focused!!
Beaka - What's up!? I did my share of snacking but the water and workout saved me from myself.
Matilda - How did your weekend go?
Sal - Have you gotten it together and back on plan yet?
Kriz - My weekend plan was to not do too much snacking get in soem exercise and I did well. So my week will be a lot of the same. I need to get in an hour on the treadmill everyday.

Got on the treadmill yesterday for an hour. Stayed within my calorie range because I gotta get to my goal.

Im ok today down to 226.6 Im so tired of the 220s but I know im losing inches so in a way im cool with it but still I want to get on the ball with sheddinglbs!!

Yesterday was my WW meeting and official weigh in is 147.8!!! I am at my GOAL! It's really strange and awesome and exciting to think that I made it through 60.2 lbs in only 34 weeks. I do have a lot of stretchmarks, some chicken skin and jiggly thighs but I think it's worth it to be able to walk in any store pull a 6 or 8 off the rack and stroll into the dressing room.

My next step is to tone tone tone. I could use a little muscle mass and I want to decrease my body fat which is still a little too high. So, it's on to step 2!!

Looks like I'm surrounded by people meeting their goals. I want to be part of the crew. I'm still on task and will be expecting good results at the end of the month.

Jiggle I see your v day goal is to lose ten lbs, have you stepped on a scale to find out how much you have lost so far since starting your journey?

Hello again. Had a luncheon today and did pretty good until I tried the chocolate moose cake or whatever it was. I ate lots of veggies and a small peice of steak. Loved the meal though. I will be getting on the treadmill to work that stuff off. Of course I only had about 200 calories before the lunch because I was prepared for lunch. Now I need to limit the rest of my meals today.

Matilda - I did get on the scale and I've lost 5lbs so far. I only do weigh ins ever two weeks. I decided not to post what I weigh so I can stay focused on loosing. I prefer to focus on the goal number. Like now I have the number I need to see at the end of the challenge on the scale and only look at the actual number on weigh in day. It's working really well doing it that way so far.

thanks matilda! ive never think id have a stomach id be not nervous to show off!

anyway..ive been on plan,within my calorie range and working out everyday(sometimes 2x a day!) and somehow im UP 3 freaking pounds from last week..but i know its only either TOM weight or my muscles are growing from the weights ive started incorporating into my exercise regime.i did measure my arms and they are now 11.5 inches! they were 13-14ish last time i checked. i was expecting to see a number lower than my goal weight but oh well.maybe i will get an even bigger woosh by next weigh in

Feeling good today. Back from a week of snow days and a week vacation. Feels good to get back in my normal routine. You gotta love life. I'm working on a plan and feeling like I'm going to be meeting my Vday goal early and if I do I'll up it by 5.

Hi everyone! Restarting my journey after recently gaining 18lbs after falling off the wagon. I need to get back in the habit of exercising regularly. I just started the c25k and it is kicking my butt.
Weighed in this morning and had a zero loss. Trying not to let it get me down, managed to stay on plan all day and got in a good workout. (I live in Asia so Monday is already over)
