thanks matilda! ive never think id have a stomach id be not nervous to show off!
anyway..ive been on plan,within my calorie range and working out everyday(sometimes 2x a day!) and somehow im UP 3 freaking pounds from last week..but i know its only either TOM weight or my muscles are growing from the weights ive started incorporating into my exercise regime.i did measure my arms and they are now 11.5 inches! they were 13-14ish last time i checked. i was expecting to see a number lower than my goal weight but oh well.maybe i will get an even bigger woosh by next weigh in
