I didn't do well at all this weight in, I gained a pound back, but was expecting it as I ate a bunch of bad stuff this week, so I'll just try harder this time. Vacations are coming soon and I know I'm always in trouble then, so I'll put some extra effort this week.
So here's my diet for the week:
B- Yoghurt with fruit (no mango, banana or grapes!), 2 teaspoons granola or 1 slice of whole wheat bread or toast. (No jam or butter), tea.
S- 1 orange or grapefruit, whole or squeezed.
D- Vegetable soup or broth, any kind of lean meat, salad or veggies (lots of these), light jello, water.
S- 1 cup light yoghurt, or 1 small glass of orange juice.
S - 2 eggs with ham (or 1 egg yolk and 2 whites), lots of salad; or tuna or ham salad with light mayo( 1 tbs).
I'm on track again today, and planning to keep up with it, I'm not sure if I'll add time to my walking, last week I walked almost everyday and I was always hungry and I think that's why I didn't stick to my plan that much, and since I'm eating less this week I think I'll keep the 46 min...
WTG JENNY ! Vega- I'm rooting for you. I think you can do it this week. That diet sounds like no fun-but I bet when both of us are down around 190 we will both be glad we did it. Do you have cottage cheese aka requesón ? That is my best snack . Yogurt is good too-it's eaten up by the kids at my house.One of the reasons I want to get some of the pounds off is because of a long weekend with a group of friends at the end of May.Just get the weight off for your vacation and then worry about how you are going to make it while you are on vacation.
Lady J -you can celebrate with some salad- I am going to try on some size 16's. I just want to get through this goal to make it to the next-175.
I tried on old swim suits yesterday which looked gross. I then tried on a skirt set that the skirt was too big and the top was not big enough.In the end I will have a bunch of hangers left in my closet.
I saw 202 this morning- but since it's only Wednesday it does not count. I just hope I can hold onto it until tommorrow.
I was going to do a five mile walk this morning- but could not find the remote so I ended up doing a three mile.I am going to try to do a couple more miles this afternoon- but DD2 seems to have an upset stomach and a bit of a fever.
She is now dancing around with streamers of toliet paper like a little dancer.
Amazing what a little bit of seven up will do.
I need to think about getting my legs moving while "angelina ballerina" is feeling good.
Yikes ... I was just looking at my ticker [the one set for April 1st] and wonder if I am gonna be able to make it or not by then.
Guess I didn't realize at the time that we are almost at the end of March 'n April 1st basically would be the same as this coming Monday's weigh-in.
Somehow I don't think I'm gonna lose 4 pounds between now and this coming Monday.
Guess I'll have to re-think and change it to a little bit later date [maybe to April 9th or 16th and then if I make it by then, it'll be all good.]
And if I make it before then, that'll even be better but to have it set for April 1st with little chance of making it by then, I may be setting myself up for failure.
I always feel like I have too much to do to stop what it is I'm doing and to walk.
Just try 20 minutes ....comeon,now...I was at 231 when I started back.You don't have to do seven miles a day(but my thighs belong to another woman I tell you....).
I have often wondered if I am trading a food addiction for an exercise addiction- I get out of sorts when I miss a day and in a fog until I get going.
Just change your date Jennelle ! Think of it as a late due date. Babies don't always come on time- these last four pounds are waiting for the Easter bunny or something !

Hiya everyone! I miss you. The good thing I guess is that I've been too busy to overeat. LOL. I have been weeding and redoing the front flower beds and have worked 3 days straight on them. It's crazy. I get in a zone and can't stop til I'm done with something. Anyhoo, I don't know if I'm losing but I am hoping to stay the same. I have been really sore from bending and squatting (sp?) and my arms are too from the hedge clippers. Should tone me up some, and maybe add some muscle. So much wasn't done and it needed it. But I shouldn't have done it without breaks I guess. Now I can hardly move. LOL!!!
Oh well, it'll smooth out later. Big hugs to each of you. Congrats on all the wonderful losses! And of course even staying the same!
Sirak, omg. I just read that. I agree! It's like I have to have food or exercise and if the one I'm into is off that day, I feel hazy and depressed. Not good! We gotta figure that out! Hmmmmm.....
Hello! Still gardening, which is tons of fun and I don't eat as much still! But not eating the right foods all the time. I am not eating enough fruits and veggies. Can't wait for watermelon season to start!
Hope you all have a great day! I plan to weigh Monday morning and take whatever penalties I have to (aka changing my ticker, and avatar, etc.). I hate it but it needs to be done. I have to stay real with it all.
We're moving to a new office and it's all a little crazy around here so I haven't been able to post in a while.

Last week I had a more relaxed diet, that included a cup of pasta at dinner and 2 tortillas and low fat cheese for breakfast or cereal with skim milk, but I ate too many stuff outside the diet, I think I had too much sodium also, so this week I must behave :P
And walking hasn't been too good this week, it's been raining and cold in the mornings. I thought I'd be very hungry with this diet, but so far I'm doing fine, as long as I don't skip any snack and have lots of salad

You know that's funny, Vega !That happened to me except I got moody instead of hungry. I was griping a DD2 at the store, rushed home, unloaded groceries, fed the tyke, let the dog out and grabbed a salad. When I went to add into Fit Day I was 100 calories short of my normal amount.
Then I realized I did not have a mid morning snack. No wonder I was chewing the tires off the grocery cart.
It's ok- I am still trying to recover from eating all that food yesterday.I had pork loin and turkey burger yesterday.My salad eating body just does not know what to do with all that. I'm sleepy, my muscles are a bit sore and for some reason I can't spell.( ok the spelling thing is normal, most of the time).
So I need to get it all back on track again today- need to run, walk and make another batch of salads.

I have to go out back to the prairegrass jungle ! I planted rye grass last fall and it's calling to be mowed. The little bluebonnets( Texas state flower for all who wonder what I am talking about ) are coming in strong up on the road between the two ranches. I think I saw three tractors working on my trip to the store. I will be out in the yard too, Selina ! Thank goodness it's finally spring in Texas ! ok Lady J- where are you hiding and does it involve carmel ice cream ? I bought three gallons on sale at the store- but it's for the kids( Cherry chip) and DH ( coffee). I am needing to make a batch for myself pretty soon- Mango sorbet anyone ?
