Hey Pinup and Lachona-
This group of ladies is so onederful I decided that any pound I lose is a onederful one !I hang out here because I like the attutude and the support.There are alot of little groups and we fell together at the begining of February.
Bookmark our thread or subscribe to the thread.We are always welcome to new faces !

I am so excited I have lost 4 lbs. Yay! I have been feeling wonderful and the more I lose the better I feel. You Girls are looking great!

Now that's alot of butter !

I looked again and the scale said 189.6 , which means it is true.

I am reading a new diet book and thinking I need to start working out with weights. We shall see.

I am going to the store I think I will be needing a sack of to get through the weekend myself !

Hi Everyone,
I don't get here as often as I would like--it looks like everyone is doing well and pushing forward. I am happy to report a 2.75 lb loss for the week. Right now my goal is to just loose something every week.

My new job is off to a good start. I feel anxious about it but that's they way it will be for awhile since I'm new. I don't like that "new girl" feeling.

Just wanted to pop in, get some motivation--the posts are WONDERFUL for that--thanks to all of you who post faithfully--I hope to get back to that soon!

It's a beautiful day here in Ohio and I"m off to wash my car and clean it out.

Hello Everybody, I came onto this forum, a long time ago, about a year I guess, then I gave up on my diet, I think I was doing well but I got like really bad backpains and never got back on the exercising . I tried again about 4 months ago, It went well for a month but I got really depressed and stopped, (although I lost 10 pounds that month and did not gain it back so, thats good) But I am ready to try again and I am here for support! I got diet pills (hydroxycut hardcore) please dont tell me it doesnt work because I am very suggestible. But it is the first time I have ever taken diet pills, And I am on www.fitday.com keeping track of my food, that really helped during that month. I weigh 235 right now and I am hoping to get down to 130, But My first goal is to get below 200. And then 160. I plan to reach this in a year. I am glad to be back here, and I really think it will help. Thank you all for reading!!!!!

Hi Everybody!

I'm sorry I haven't been here for a bit ... one reason is that as terrible as this sounds, I tend to be an "out of sight - out of mind" type person and ...

For some reason - I didn't get any e-mail notices that anyone had posted on here 'n so, well ... I guess I forgot to check in anyways.

Another reason is that I haven't been on the computer much the past few days 'cuz my back has really been hurting me and I can pretty much only sit for about 10 minutes at a time.

Have to go to the chiropracter today sometime.

Jenny ... way to go with losing another 3 pounds. Keep up the good work, friend!

Karis, honey - I hope your visit goes well with your in-laws coming and that you get a chance to relax and not be stressed the whole time.

I'm so glad that the cake is gone and ... woo hoo, I see you've had another loss as well.

pinupdreams ... don't feel bad, it took me quite awhile and then I finally had to ask someone what onederland was.

Congrats on the 3 pound loss, it feel great doesn't it?!

Vega, I'm so glad that you lost some of what you'd gained ... good going!

I guess that's what it's all about anyways - is that even if we slip, to get right back up, brush ourselves off and to keep going, huh?

Susie - I'm so glad that your job is going good and ... wow, even if you've been stressed some with being the new girl, you still managed to lose nearly 3 pounds. I'm proud of you!

I would never tell someone that whatever they're doing doesn't work because I know myself about being highly suggestable and that a long time ago, comments from others alone ...

[being well meaning, of course] so discouraged me that I totally went off my diet and it took a long time for me to get started again.

It wasn't on these boards though [that was a few years ago when I was on another board] ...

As for myself ...

I got weighed this a.m. and am down 2 pounds from what I was last week so at least I had a loss [whew!]

I was sure I would have because I didn't go off my diet once this past week.

But, at the same time, I didn't exercise at all either. [Shame, shame on me! ]

All in all, it was a good week for which I'm thankful.

I haven't seen 214 on the scales since the year 2000 ... what a rush!

I'll try to remember to check in more this week to see how everyone's doing.

Newbie just checking in. I've got a long way to 199, but the only way I wanna go is down. I don't know why I think this time is going to be different, but it is..I can feel it. I'm off to exercise, but I'll check in later.

Pinup- Congratuilations

Yesterday the pills made me feel funny but, I never drink anythign with caffeine in it and it has as much as 12 cups of coffee it says. soooo That could be why!!! Today I have a lot of energy though, I only slept about 2 minutes (probably because of the pills, i did not take them late in the day but argh! ) and i still have energy.

Step 1 done....my first exercise. I only did 15 minutes, but I'm proud of it because I haven't done any in at least 6 months. I'm off to drink alot of water, grab a quick shower and clean the bathroom. Everyone have a fabulous day.
