hehe....thanks for looking out for my eggs Petra. I did an hour, but I forgot to put "each" 30 min. But thanks anyways!

Curly....I knew they changed the server/ticker control but I thought if the ticker was the same, it was okay....but now I see I have to re-do anyways. Work work work!!

I'm not having a good food day. It's only lunch and I've already had 41 grams of carbs. How did that happen?

Charlie-I worry about any gimmicks that promise quick and easy weight loss. They also usually lead to quick and easy weight regain. Slow and steady wins this race. There really are no short cuts.

Charlie....Talk about a 'WHOOSH' affect!!! I hope it works for you but I would be cautious also of a big weight loss. You will however feel other wonderful physical effects of it though....all that gunk out of you system, that would make you feel light on your toes for sure!!!

Petra....Hang in there GF!! That must have been some morning. Strap on that pedometer and get some extra eggs!!!

Having a rather lazy day so far. I did some cleaning, laundry and now making a nice veggie soup. I think I need to tweek some of my foods to lower my carb amounts and increase my FIBRE. **uh er.. .no explaination needed** I came across some of my old measurements and its really incredible how many inches I've lost!!! 31 inches to be exact!!! I was getting discouraged about the scale not moving, but thankfully the measuring tape is my friend

angel eyes- yes i am excited about the light feeling,i am feeling sorta stopped up lately ,and i don't see it as a gimick for quick weight loss, its a cleansing and rebooting of your body and system. i know some people who would do a world of good to get a cleaning of their system

Hi Everyone!

I had my weekly weigh in today and I was down 1.5 pounds

I joined womens work out world today. The two year contract makes me nervous but I feel like I need the cardio machines to keep loosing weight. My husband is mad that I'm paying for 2 clubs now but the total is $60 a month and some people pay that for just one club! Maybe at some point I'll drop curves.

Curly sorry to hear about your thumb. I hope it's ok! Sounds really painful!

Hey There PIC's,

Busy Busy Busy!!! It looks like everyone is hopping along on the egg-strav-egg-anza. Egg-cellent job Ladies!!!

Been working a bit later the last couple nights, and not taking the time to actually count out my meals, etc. But I'm still on track, eating fairly well due to having every intention of accounting for every calorie at the time I'm consuming it so I really have to think about if I really truely absoutely positively want it. The stratagey seems to be working *crossing my fingers*

We went into Ukiah today and did a little bit of clothes shopping. I don't want a lot right now, just a few basic work/casual shirts. And I really needed something I could go to the gym in and not be embarassed lol.... I got a couple pair of workout pants. The Big Ladies ones were too big so I had to get XX-tra large in regular sizes. They fit ok as long as I have a really long shirt on to cover my belly. I'm actually happy with my hips, butt and legs. I carry most all my excess weight in True Apple Form.... from my big ol' double chin to the bottom of my belly lol. My arms and legs look like little sticks on this lumpy body....... but not forever Girls!!! OH, I got the Billy Blank Tae Bo Boot Camp video for $6!!! And a new gym bag that HAD to be mis-marked @ $2.49. Nice roomy canvas bag, lots of pockets and stuff.

I took Sunday off from the gym, and last night I got there and my favorite elliptical was being used! Can you believe the nerve of THAT MAN!!!!! hehehe. So I fired up the treadmill and did 35 min there. It kinda sux cuz it actually hurts my shins (walking always has)... so I can't actually get enough speed going to keep my heartrate up. But, I figured movement at any speed is calories down the tubes. I've been keeping some organic pumpkin/flax seed granola bars in my car for after my workouts which has helped stop the pig-snortin' munchfest's when I get home lol. I've been doing very well on my water again... um except for today which I'm gonna get on immediately

Val~ I am so happy and proud of you. I just know you are looking so wonderful. I bet you will start to see it in yourself soon

Curly~ One of my customers at work gave me a recipe he uses for no carb biscuits or pancakes, using his protein powder. I'm gonnna try it. I'll pass it on if its good. (he uses PP, almond meal, flax meal and eggs). P.S. I hope your visit to dr. was ok and you are all better now!

Zoey~ Good to see you again as always!!!

angelEyes~ LOL I got my ticker fixed right away. I don't know if I could ever figure out all my html again hehehehee. I have no patience

Charlie~ A clense can be a good thing, just keep it all in perspective- k? I've know people who do them over and over one after another..... it becomes obsessive and unhealthy.

Eggs for Sunday and Monday:
post total: 0 egg ~ 0 egg
goal for water: 10 eggs ~ 10 eggs
each 30 minutes of excercise:0 eggs ~ 5 eggs (30 treadmill)
journal'd everything: 0 eggs ~ 0 eggs
calories for day: 0 eggs ~ 0 eggs (kept them under control-but did not count them either day.

Daily Total: Sunday 10 eggs ~ Monday 15 eggs
TOTAL: 133 EGGS

Well, I didn't follow any of my own advice today. I think I"m not going to get any eggs except for posting. I suppose I can still get some more water in but the carbs and calories are shot for the day.

Since I"m still the last post, I'll just edit.
