Hi I'm a newbie. Well I'm 10 stone 7 and I need to be at least a stone lighter by August (eek!) to fit into my dress for my friends wedding. I'm a poor student so I cant afford to buy another one. I'm trying the slimming world diet just from the book though I've borrowed it from a friend.
