hi all, hope you dont mind i would like to join in here, although i am very very overweight and have alot to loose i am fairly fit, i am in a gym and work out about 4 times a week for 45-60 minutes. to include at least 2 spinning classes
Paradisep - Welcome, there's no requirement to even be the slightest bit fit around here, just the desire to try, so you're way ahead of where most of us started!

9/1: C25K W1D1 (35 min w/ xtra walking); 55 min. aerobics = 90 min
9/2: Booty Ballet = 45 min
9/3: C25K W1D2 (45 min w/ xtra walking); 90 min. booty ballet = 135 min
9/4: Sick

9/6: Rest day
9/7: Completely unplanned rest day (unless eating apple pie counts)
9/8: 35 min Pilates; 45 min Booty Ballet; 10 min raking = 90 min

Well I made myself go for a walk today and I opted for outside rather than the basement. I hate how it was light out when I left and dark (dusk) only a half hour later. I already miss summer and it's not even over yet.

9/2: 60 min. kickball... my shins hurt... but I feel good at the same time...
9/3: 20 min. swimming... gross, gross seaweed...
9/4: 20 min. walk
9/5: 30 min. walk
Goal: 100 min

9/8: 90 minute hike... feelin it in my legs...
9/9: 20 min. walk
9/10: 90 min. hike... and my legs are KILLING me...

9/1= workout 1A (NROWL)- will walk extra at work tonight too
9/2- 20 minute interval training walk/jog, 30 min walking with dog
9/3- workout 1B (NROWL) definately feeling the burn!
9/4 does skinny dipping count?
9/5- several hours of jetski
9/6- jetski/yardwork
9/7- jetski/yardwork
9/8- 20min walk
