  • I made both my goals! My goals was 10k steps a day - and I did it, everyday but 3 - but my average was over 13k steps a day for the month of September.

    My second goal was 1200 min of exercise, and I doubled that for a total of 2425 min! woooo!

    9/6: 32 minutes - Biked for 32 minutes
    9/7: 95 minutes - Walked 95 minutes (non-aerobic walking, but still, walking)
    9/8: 29 minutes - Biked 29 minutes
    9/9: 70 minutes - Walked 70 minutes with heavy bags and a baby (went to Belgium)
    9/10: 129 minutes - Walked 129 minutes in Shape Ups, tightening abs at the same time.
    9/11: 155 minutes - Walked 155 minutes in normal shoes, tightening abs.
    9/12: 73 minutes - Walked 73 minutes in Shape Ups, tightening abs.

    Total: 583 minutes for the week - 796 minutes for the month.

    9/13: 0 minutes - Took the day off
    9/14: 199 minutes - Walked 199 minutes in Shape Ups around Antwerp, keeping abs tight.
    9/15: 45 minutes - Walked 45 minutes around airports, with baggage, to come home.
    9/16: 0 minutes - Had a busy day, didn't have time to workout
    9/17: 20 minutes - Wii Fit 20 minutes
    9/18: 53 minutes - Wii Fit Aerobics 53 minutes
    9/19: 25 minutes - Walked 25 minutes

    Total: 342 minutes for the week - 1138 minutes for the month

    9/29: 90 minutes - Gym 60 minutes, painted wall panels 30 minutes
    9/30: 45 minutes - Painted wall panels 45 minutes
