(41:47)Well, I did it! I managed to get up at 5:00am (even after a night spent tending to the girls over and over and over *yawn*) and I did the first day of week 5!!
It wasn't nearly as tough as I thought it would be--and I'm chalking that up to running outside. I have a feeling that if I was on the treadmill I would have been having a harder time. There's just something about running outside that takes your mind off the fact that you're running at all. Does that make sense? And the fact that it was still dark out--added a bit of giddy up in my step! Lots of dark creepy shadows and big giant bushes for monsters to hide in ya know.

I'm with ya! I really want to be at maintenance by the holidays too! I don't think you're getting ahead of yourself at all! I'd say you're setting a pretty great goal for yourself!
Okay Girls ~ it's the first day of a bright shiny new month!!!
Let's get out there and move those bodies!!! Burn some calories and sweat on purpose!!!

and I'm starting on time with this one! I've been thinking about my goals for this month and even though it's aggressive for me, my goals are going to be to do C25k 3 times a week and exercise a total of 2430 minutes for the month. I've got to shed these fat cells!!
