  • hi all, hope you dont mind i would like to join in here, although i am very very overweight and have alot to loose i am fairly fit, i am in a gym and work out about 4 times a week for 45-60 minutes. to include at least 2 spinning classes
  • Paradisep - Welcome, there's no requirement to even be the slightest bit fit around here, just the desire to try, so you're way ahead of where most of us started!

    9/5- Rest day

    Wow! Just doing the math and that's 600 minutes so far! I love how this thread makes me keep myself accountable.

  • Well I made myself go for a walk today and I opted for outside rather than the basement. I hate how it was light out when I left and dark (dusk) only a half hour later. I already miss summer and it's not even over yet.

    9/2- 20 minute interval training walk/jog, 30 min walking with dog

    9/4 does skinny dipping count?

    9/6- jetski/yardwork
