Went to WI yesterday and was down 2.5 since Sat. I am 198.5; 13lbs so far! I got the green menu now. This was a big motivator for me to not cheat and stick with the plan. I am so excited!

I also switched from All Day to Phentratrim. Does anyone take and how do you like it or compared to the All Day? I also got the internal cleanser hoping it would help with BM (sorry, I know gross). Any suggestions?

I am so excited made it through pre-conditioning without cheating once.I have lost 4 pounds so far.Which is great. That puts me back to where I was 2 months ago.Now on to the green menu starting today. It wasn't to hard to restart and stay on plan this time so I am hoping this is a good thing.I walked a mile and a half last night then took a slow flow yoga class.Does anyone know if there is a limit to the fiber drinks you can have per day?I was thinking it is 3 but I don't have my papers with me right now.Have a great day.

Yes, it is three. I so want to find time to fit in exercise. I love doing strenght training, but with my schedule I have have gotten out of my exercise routine for the past few months.

I understand about finding time to exercise.I just told my family Monday nights are mine to go the the gym and they will have to make dinner. My husband was perfectly fine with this so he picks our daughters up from practices on that night.I just ordered the Biggest Loser yoga so hopefully I can fit that in at home and incorporate my wii fit into the week also.

Congratulations on getting below 200!! What a great accomplishment!!

I have never taken the All Day, but I did try the Phentratrim. I stopped taking it, because it gave me a headache about an hour after I took it.

There are a couple of lasagna recipes in the recipe thread that are good and make 6 servings each. I make the one that does not use the tomato supplement. I like it much better. I have also quadrupled the asian meatball recipe a number of times.

I eat a lot of bison as well. I find that it is a nice break from turkey, chicken and fish. I have found that I really like bison steaks and roast.

I have been wanting to try bison, but the prices at my grocery store are so expensive. I think I remember hearing somewhere that you can order it online. Where do you get your bison?

Not quite to maintenance yet but I'm close I'm on week 4 of stabilization and enjoying the new food choices. It's amazing how much you are supposed to eat for breakfast by week 4! I have to have the normal protein & bread you get on green menu, a fruit and a dairy. My breakfast this morning was 2 scrambled eggs, toast, a container of yougert and 12 grapes. I'm not used to eating that much for breakfast even before MRC! I would normally just eat yougert and be done. Needless to say, I was full! I'm looking forward to Friday and what the week 5 stab. menu will bring. Hope you're having a great day!

now you've got me almost convinced i shud do maintenance and stabilization. i was half tempted to just quit and not spend any more money on in because i'm BROKE as **** and this diet is pushing my limits to the extreme. i successfully maintained my 230-235 before i started so i figured i cld probably maintain the new weight pretty well. can you tell me any more about it? you get a new menu each week?

So I went a little overboard on carbs last night and got a headache. When I went to WI today I'd gained a pound so I guess I'm really carb sensitive so I just need to watch that. I'm having problems sticking with it right now because I'm so stressed with everything I have to do that I just don't want to be thinking about what I'm eating. I'd rather just be able to go grab something or order pizza. I don't know how people stay on this for months and months I'm really hoping to hit goal weight by July and I should be able to do that and then I can start eating more normally again.

I know it is hard not be frustrated, that pound is more than likely water. Just think you would have to eat 3500 cals over your maintenance cals to gain one pound. So no worries just do the best you can!

As I mentioned before, I ask questions because I need something to look forward to in order to get through the day.

My question(s) today: How long is stabilization and what is it like? What types of foods do you add and over how many weeks? What dictates when you are officially finished with stabilization and in Maintenance?

I go in for a WI tomorrow. I'm down to 156 (only 12.5 lbs from goal!) on my scale at home. I hope the scale at MRC shows 156 (or less) by tomorrow. I can't wait to get more food in my belly!

Default Enrolled last night at MRC, but having second thoughts now..

Hi,

I was so excited when I enrolled last night at MRC, but now I am having second thoughts.. I am a vegetarian and I am concerned about the choices I would get. I love brown rice, lentils. Not sure if this at least one of these is a part of the plan.

Any encouragement/insight into the vegetarian plan is much appreciated.
