Mine only showed 13 pages but then, being a forum freak like I am, I have mine set to show 40 per page.
Ok, so where are we all at today? I have been coughing my head off and this weekend when I went to walmart they didn't have any sugar free cough drops so I bought sucrets *if i'm going to have sugar, might as well have the numbing stuff too!* but I bought some sugar free ones from my warehouse Monday morning. That means basically one day of sucrets with sugar in them and then last night I made some hot tea with spearmint leaves in it and I also had some hot sugar free apple cider. I know the carbs are off now because of that but there's nothing else in it that should throw me off, I'm HOPING. I put some splenda and cinnamon in it and my throat feels SOOOO much better today. We'll see on Thursday I guess.
I went to my WI this morning...officially 159.5 lbs! That's 12.5 lbs down in 2 weeks and 5 days on the program (including pre-conditioning). She did my body comps because they want to make sure I'm not losing muscle mass since I work out so much. I've lost 4.5 lbs of fat and unfortunately, 1.5 lbs of muscle. But muscle weighs more than fat so 1.5 isn't TOO bad. I'm going to up my HSNs to 4/day and continue on my current workout schedule for a week. If by next Tuesday my muscle mass is down again, they are going to decrease my cardio even more and increase my weights more. So we'll see.
Also...they measured me and I'm down 15 inches! 2.5 inches lost on my hips, 1.5 on my waist and 2 under my bust (and the rest everywhere else). Impressive!
I am following this program to a t. I'm eating exactly what they are telling me to eat (no cheating), taking all the herbs/vitamins/supplements they are telling me to take (yes, even though they are spendy) and drinking all the HSNs each day. The way I look at it is spend the money now and get through this program as quickly as possible so that I can stop buying this stuff as quickly as possible. The less you follow the program, the more it's going to cost you both health wise and money wise.
I want to thank everyone for their suggestions.....I will talk with them at the center when I go. When they had me on the beige menu I wasn't losing then either....thus they changed me to the green!! Maybe my body has changed so I will see what they say! I will just keep working on it..........

After being off the program for almost 2 months and gaining 3.5 pounds back I have decided to get back on MRC so I can reach my goal.Today is my first day on Pre-conditioning and I feel like I am going to explode from all the food.I am finally ready to see the program to the end and make the lifestyle changes that I need to.I know that I can't eat what ever I want without facing the consequences.So wish me luck.
I did the same thing the first week of April. You can do this...you are worth it!
I went to WI and I've lost 10.5 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks. I got to sign the 10 pound board! I lost 1.5 pounds since Friday so that's nice. I didn't do well on a test in school though and it's kind of got me bumming. I don't want to go to the gym and I don't want to study for my test tomorrow. 3 weeks from my Thursday is my last final ever - I just can't wait to get there. I'm also interested to see how fast I start losing when I have nothing to stress about because I know what I'm doing come August and I have the summer free. It'll be interesting to see if I lose a lot quicker.
Update: I did got to the gym and I feel better - less stressed. It's amazing how you can feel better doing something you really didn't want to do.
I am only 1 pound away from signing the 30 pound board...this is amazing...however I still have another 40 to go...:chee r2: I cut out cheese and creamy HNS, both seem to stall me.

WOW! Congrats! I am in Arkansas, too. I live in Bryant, right outside of LR. I don't have a center, and i am SOO frustrated right now. My counselor is out of Florida (sister of my friend), and she ships my supplies to me. It took her a while to get my package sent out, and it will not be here until tomorrow. Now I have been out of MRC6 for two days, but the main thing i am waiting on is the internal cleanser. I HATE not having a center for that reason and the awesome support you guys have. This board is really my only support. I so much appreciate all the help and advice everyone gives me here. I honestly dont think i would make it otherwise. I am almost to 20lbs, and i really wish I had a board to sign.. I guess I am kinda lonely in this...
Oh, one more thing.. did you say you cut out the creamy HNSS??? you think they slow you down?? I LOVE, LOVE my puddings, don't think I could do without them.. I sure hope they aren't slowing me down, does anyone else think the creamies slow them down??

I have the creamies, but I don't know if they slow me down. If you want to cut out some of the creamies you could tried the strawberry bananna gelatine HSN. It is reallly good. I like to eat it after dinner. It is considered a clear.

I don't think that they slow me down, but I have never really tested it before. I think it is different with everyone. Like with me I know that cucumbers make me retain water...no idea why.
