I don't eat them daily, I usually choose them 2-3 days out of the week with my breakfast. I don't think it would be a good daily option. Also, you could have it after your dinner, kinda like a desert, but still just 2-3 days a week.
But everybody is different, so you will have to be the judge of how often.

I would love those, but can't find them, and didn't see them on the website. Just thought I'd check back before I continue to search!!! LOL

Thanks!!
Missy
I thought for sure our Publix has them in flour...I will be in town on Monday, I will run in and check it out for you.

thelish My event is not until next weekend, thanks for checking on me. I received the details this past week which sent me into panic mode. I don't know what happened to me Friday night though I'm thinking I got discouraged this week after doing 3 days metaquick only to lose the same pound a gained back the week before. I went into self destruct mode and drank beer with my husband while we smoked meat on the patio. Saturday we went for mexican for an deliberate off plan meal. I don't know why I was in that mode, maybe just flashing back on old times, I blew it for a full 24 hour period. I feel like crap today, swollen with water retention, eyes puffy and aching. I deliberatly did not drink my water, take my supplements and consumed too much of a lot of bad stuff. It is my first self destruct mode since I started this on May 27th, not to say I don't have cheats, friday night is usually beer and Wii night for us but I totally did not limit myself in food and drink. Maybe just maybe it will be a trick my body event and I will start having good losses again. Feeling how I feel today though is a lesson and reminder of why I started this plan. So back on it, I will get in 45 minutes on the eliptical and get back OP.

Congrats on the losses everyone....

I have been out of touch for a few days and we have lots of newbies. So glad to have you!!

I found La Tortilla Factory flour tortillas in Publix in Savannah today.....finally. It says they have 51 calories.....didn't find any 25 calorie one though. I also found the Jacobson's Toast at The Fresh Market in Savannah....they had one box so I bought them to try.

While I was on vacation last week, MRC decided to close the Jesup satellite office....so I will now have to go to Brunswick (about 45 minutes away) to WI everytime now...bummer. They did offer an additional month for the inconvenience.

I haven't offically WI since getting back from vacation because I have been so busy trying to catch up on school stuff and taking my mom to the doctor that I haven't had time to go WI. Weighed in at home this morning though and was below 220. I plan to go offically WI on Monday.

That's terrible about your satellite center closing. I go to a satellite too in Statesboro. They come here on Wednesdays. The main office is in Savannah about 50 miles for us. I am on maintenance now so I don't go to wi unless I am having a problem. I hope it works out for you to drive to Bwk. each week. I know when school starts back it will be a little harder. I grew up there and go through Jesup sometimes when I go to visit. Good luck to you!

Yikes--I'm sorry your satellite center is closing! Will they let you WI sometimes at home and then report back to them?
I'm glad you found the toast--it was a search for me to find some, too, but it's a nice treat. In fact I had a piece last night for my dessert

The "diet" itself is not so hard... The trick is changing the way you think and feel about food. I've really been struggling with that lately it seems...but this weekend I recommited myself and seem to be headed down the right path again.

This is a good place to come when you need support... Sometimes even just lurking helps me.

You'll do great!!!!!

Crystal: That is awesome!!!
I've never done MetaQuick, so can't offer any feedback. My thoughts would be that most of the weight you are down should stay off, especially if you stay OP. I've got my fingers crossed that this is correct. Keep it up!

I am new and so happy to find this web site. How do I get one of those cute scales that show my progress?
